Claims (15)
- タンク本体(1)と、ライナ(2)および前記ライナに巻回された複合材部材(3)と、少なくとも1つの口金(4)とを備えるタンクにおいて、前記口金を取り囲む前記タンク本体と前記口金との環状接合部(5)を除いて、前記ライナ(2)と前記複合材部材(3)とが互いに接着(19)されていることを特徴とするタンク。
- 全体が円筒形で両端部が膨らんでおり、少なくとも一方の端部に前記口金(4)のうちの1つおよび前記口金(4)を取り囲む環状接合部(5)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のタンク。
- 前記ライナ(2)が溶接または接着(6)によって前記口金(4)に結合されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のタンク。
- 前記口金がフランジ(7)を備えており、巻回された前記複合材部材が前記フランジとは一体化されずにこのフランジに沿って延びる(8)ことを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3に記載のタンク。
- 前記複合材部材が、前記口金レベルで前記フランジ(7)に押し付けられる縁部(9)をもってその終端をなすことを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタンク。
- 前記口金が、前記縁部の保持クランプ(11)を取り付ける筒状中心カラー(10)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載のタンク。
- 前記クランプと前記縁部の間に環状パッキン(12)が配設されることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のタンク。
- 前記フランジ(7)が周縁部に向かって厚みを減らすことを特徴とする、請求項4〜7のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記環状接合部で、前記ライナと前記複合材部材の間および前記フランジと前記複合材部材の間に低摩擦係数の材料の層(13)が配設されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記低摩擦係数の材料が帯状のPTFEであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載のタンク。
- 前記ライナが焼鈍状態の純アルミニウム製であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記ライナが1050−Oまたは1100−Oまたは1050H111のタイプのアルミニウム製であることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載のタンク。
- 前記ライナが2つの部分(2、2’)によってなり、第2の部分が前記ライナの第1の部分を前記口金(4)の前記フランジ(7)に結合させる環状セグメントを形成し、前記複合材部材は前記ライナの前記第1の部分に接着され、前記複合材部材の前記接着部は、前記ライナの前記2つの部分が重なり合う部位で前記ライナの前記第2の部分(2’)に沿って延びることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のタンク。
- 前記タンクの製造方法であって、ライナ(2)を口金(4)と組み立てるステップを行い、次いで前記ライナに複合材部材(3)を巻回し、さらに、前記口金を取り囲む前記タンク本体と前記口金との環状接合部(5)を除いて、前記ライナ(2)と前記複合材部材(3)とを互いに接着するステップを行う方法。
- 前記ライナと前記口金の組立てステップの後、前記複合材部材の巻回および前記ライナと前記複合材部材の接着の前に、前記口金を取り囲む前記タンク本体と前記口金との前記環状接合部(5)に低摩擦係数の材料をあてがうことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
