Abstract
Description
・1つのバレルと、
・バレルの内側に配置される、1つまたは複数の押出機要素、特に、少なくとも1つの押出機スクリューおよび/または少なくとも1つの混練機要素と、
・揮発性化合物および任意にストリッピング剤を除去するための少なくとも1つの出口ポートと、
・任意であるが好ましくは、ストリッピング剤をバレル中に供給するための少なくとも1つの入口ポートとを含む押出機であって、
少なくとも
・流れ方向において出口ポートの前にバレルに固定される1つの有孔ダイプレートをさらに含むかまたは、ここで、少なくとも1つの入口ポートが、入口ポートと出口ポートとの間に存在する押出機によって解決される。
・少なくとも1つのバレルと、バレルの内側に配置される、1つまたは複数の押出機要素、特に、少なくとも1つの押出機スクリューおよび/または少なくとも1つの混練機シャフトと、揮発性化合物および任意にストリッピング剤を除去するための少なくとも1つの出口ポートと、任意であるが好ましくは、ストリッピング剤をバレル中に供給するための少なくとも1つの入口ポートと、流れ方向において出口ポートの前にバレルに固定される少なくとも1つの有孔ダイプレートとを含むかまたは、ここで、少なくとも1つの入口ポートが、入口ポートと出口ポートとの間に存在する少なくとも1つの押出機中に混合物(M)を供給する工程と、
・押出機の少なくとも1つのダイプレートに混合物(M)を押し込む工程と、
・少なくとも1つの出口ポートを通して揮発性化合物を除去する工程と
を含む。
i)20〜99.9重量%、好ましくは30〜95重量%、より好ましくは40〜75重量%の不揮発性ポリマー、好ましくは合成ゴム、より好ましくは(ハロ)ブチルゴムおよび
ii)揮発性化合物、特に、揮発性有機化合物または揮発性有機化合物および水を含有し、それによって、上記の成分i)およびii)は合計して、混合物(M)の全質量の90〜100、好ましくは95〜100重量%、より好ましくは100重量%になる。

Claims (24)
- 少なくとも
・1つのバレル(24)と、
・前記バレル(24)の内側に配置される1つまたは複数の押出機要素(12、14)と、
・揮発性化合物を除去するための少なくとも1つの出口ポートと
を含む押出機(10)であって、
少なくとも
・流れ方向(18)において前記出口ポートの前に前記バレル(24)に固定される1つの有孔ダイプレート(26)をさらに含む押出機。 - ストリッピング剤を前記バレルに供給するための少なくとも1つの入口ポートをさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの有孔ダイプレート(26)が、前記入口ポートと前記出口ポートとの間で前記バレル(24)に固定される、請求項1に記載の押出機。
- 前記ダイプレート(26)が、対応する前記押出機要素(12、14)のシャフト(22)をそれぞれが受け入れるための少なくとも1つの支持開口部(30)を含む、請求項1または2に記載の押出機。
- 前記支持開口部(26)が、前記押出機要素(12、14)の前記シャフト(22)用の滑り軸受を提供する、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 隙間sが、前記支持開口部(30)の内側リムと、前記押出機要素(12、14)の前記シャフト(22)との間に設けられ、前記隙間sが、前記バレル(24)の内径Dに関して、特に0.001≦s/D≦0.02、好ましくは0.002≦s/D≦0.01、より好ましくは0.003≦s/D≦0.006である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 前記ダイプレート(26)が、少なくとも1つの穿孔開口部(32)を含み、前記穿孔開口部(32)が、前記バレル(24)の軸方向において、前記ダイプレート(26)の軸方向厚さの一部のみにわたって延在する主開口部(34)を含み、軸方向において前記主開口部(34)の後ろに、少なくとも1つのオリフィス(36)があり、前記オリフィス(36)が、前記主開口部(34)より小さい断面を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 前記ダイプレート(26)が、少なくとも1つの穿孔開口部(32)を含み、前記穿孔開口部(32)が、下流側において、1mm≦d≦6mm、特に1.5mm≦d≦5mm、好ましくは2mm≦d≦4mmの平均直径dを有する、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 前記押出機が、前記ダイプレート(26)の下流および特に前記出口ポートの上流に、さらなる押出機要素(14)、特に押出機スクリューを含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 前記さらなる押出機要素(14)が、搬送要素(16)を含み、前記搬送要素(16)と前記ダイプレート(26)との間の最大軸方向距離Sが、0.5mm≦S≦10mm、特に1mm≦S≦7mm、好ましくは1.5mm≦S≦5mmである、請求項8に記載の押出機。
- 前記さらなる押出機要素(14)が、前記押出機要素(12)より大きい自由体積を有する、請求項8または9に記載の押出機。
- 前記押出機要素(12)が、混練機要素(20)を含む、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 前記押出機要素(12)が、シャーエッジ形状または箱形状の混練機要素(20)を含む、請求項11に記載の押出機。
- 特にさらなる押出機要素(14)を収容するためのさらなるバレル(38)が提供され、前記ダイプレート(26)が、特にフランジ継手(40)によって、前記バレル(24)と前記さらなるバレル(38)との間で固定される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 前記バレル(24)および/または前記バレル(24)に連結されるさらなるバレル(38)が、前記ダイプレート(26)を少なくとも部分的に受け入れるための凹部(42)を含む、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 前記ダイプレート(26)が、半径方向の割れ目であり、前記割れ目(46)が、特に、前記対応する(さらなる)押出機要素(12、14)のシャフト(22)をそれぞれが受け入れるための少なくとも1つの支持開口部(30)に対して半径方向に配置される、請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 前記ダイプレート(26)が、挿入物(52、54、56)によって境され、前記挿入物(52、54、56)が、前記バレル(24)に固定される、請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の押出機。
- 少なくとも1つの不揮発性ポリマーと少なくとも1つの揮発性化合物とを含有する混合物(M)から揮発性化合物を除去して、揮発性化合物を実質的に含まない生成物(P)を得る方法であって、少なくとも:
・請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の少なくとも1つの押出機(10)中に前記混合物(M)を供給する工程と、
・前記押出機(10)の前記少なくとも1つのダイプレート(26)に前記混合物(M)を押し込む工程と、
・前記押出機(10)の前記少なくとも1つの出口ポートを通して前記揮発性化合物を除去する工程と
を含む方法。 - 前記不揮発性ポリマーが合成ゴム生成物である、請求項17に記載の方法。
- 前記合成ゴム生成物が、ブチルゴムおよびハロゲン化ブチルゴム(IIR、BIIR、CIIR)、ポリイソブチレン(PIB)、エチレンプロピレンジエンM−クラスゴム(EPDM)、エチレンプロピレンゴム(EPM)、エチレン−酢酸ビニルゴム(EVMおよびEVA)、ニトリルブタジエンゴム(NBR)、水素化ニトリルブタジエンゴム(HNBR)、ポリイソプレンゴム(IR)、フッ素化ゴム(FR)、ポリクロロプレン(CR)ブタジエンゴム(BR)、およびスチレン−ブタジエンゴム(SBR)である、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 混合物(M)が、
i)10〜95重量%の不揮発性ポリマーおよび
ii)揮発性化合物
を含有し、それによって、前記成分i)およびii)が合計して、混合物(M)の全質量の、90〜100、好ましくは95〜100重量%、より好ましくは100重量%になり、
5〜90重量%の揮発性化合物を含有し、それによって、前記成分i)およびii)が合計して、混合物(M)の全質量の90〜100重量%になる、請求項17〜19のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 押出機要素(12、14)のシャフト(22)を受け入れるのに適した少なくとも1つの支持開口部(30)と、少なくとも1つの穿孔開口部(32)とを含むダイプレート(26)。
- 前記穿孔開口部(32)が、前記ダイプレート(26)の軸方向厚さの一部のみにわたって延在する主開口部(34)を含み、前記主開口部(34)の後ろに少なくとも1つのオリフィス(36)があり、前記オリフィス(36)が、前記主開口部(34)より小さい断面を有する、請求項21に記載のダイプレート(26)。
- 前記支持開口部(30)の中心を通るほぼ直線に沿った割れ目(46)である、請求項21または22に記載のダイプレート(26)。
- 不揮発性ポリマーを製造または処理するための、請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の押出機または請求項20〜23のいずれか一項に記載のダイプレートの使用。
