Claims (12)
- 湾曲したガラスを焼入れするためのリング(60)を少なくとも部分的に被覆するための布(30)であって、
少なくとも3つの細片(32,34,36)、すなわち、前記ガラスを焼入れするための高密度編構造の細片(32)と、布(30)を前記リング(60)に取り付けるための低密度構造の少なくとも2つの細片(34,36)とを備えている布。 - 前記高密度編構造の細片が、平方センチメートル当たり8個の編み目から115個の編み目の間、好ましくは、平方センチメートル当たり25個の編み目から50個の編み目の間における編み目を有している、請求項1に記載の布。
- 前記低密度構造の細片が、前記高密度構造よりも平方センチメートル当たりの編み目の数を少なくした編構造を有している、請求項1又は2に記載の布。
- 3つの細片、すなわち、前記ガラスを焼入するための高密度編構造の中心区域と、前記布を前記リングに固定するための低密度編構造の2つの細片とを備えている請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の布。
- 前記高密度編構造の細片が、100Paの圧力下で測定された少なくとも500L/dm2/分、好ましくは、少なくとも750L/dm2/分の空気透過率を有している、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の布。
- 前記高密度編構造の細片が100%ステンレス鋼糸から作製されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の布。
- 前記高密度編構造の細片が、ステンレス鋼繊維と、PBO繊維又はガラス繊維のような合成非金属繊維とから成る糸から作製されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の布。
- 前記低密度構造の細片の少なくとも1つが、ステンレス鋼繊維と、PBO繊維又はガラス繊維のような合成非金属繊維とから成る糸から作製されている、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の布。
- 前記高密度編構造の細片が、丸編構造、緯編構造、経編構造、又はラッセル経編構造を有している、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の布。
- 前記高密度編構造の細片が、デミシンプル若しくはトリコット結合、シングル若しくはダブルシャルムーズ結合、又はサテン結合を有している、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の布。
- 前記低密度編構造の細片の少なくとも1つがアイレット編布になっている、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の布。
- 焼入れリングと、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の布とを備えるアセンブリであって、
前記焼入れリングが、2つの区域、すなわち、空気の透過によりガラスを冷却可能にする開口を有する焼入れ区域と、固定具を備える区域とを含んでおり、
前記高密度編構造の細片が、前記焼入れ区域を被覆しており、
前記低密度編構造の細片が、前記固定具を備える区域を被覆し、かつ前記固定具に固定されている、アセンブリ。
