- モノクローナル抗体もしくはその免疫反応性断片であるか、又は抗体模倣物又は二重特異性抗体である結合部分であって、インフルエンザA型の代表的なグループ1及びグループ2の両方を含むインフルエンザウイルスクレードに由来するHA0タンパク質ストーク領域と交差反応する結合部分。
- インフルエンザウイルスクレードH1、H7及びH9、又はインフルエンザウイルスクレードH1、H7及びH3に由来するHA0タンパク質ストーク領域と交差反応する、請求項1に記載の結合部分。
- MAB53と同じエピトープに結合する、請求項1又は2に記載の結合部分。
- インビトロでpH6においてインフルエンザHA0タンパク質への結合を維持するか、又はエンドソーム経路による取込み後も前記ウイルスへの結合を維持する、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の結合部分。
- ヒト抗体、ヒト化抗体、又はキメラ抗体である、抗体又はその断片である、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の結合部分。
- MDCK細胞における、H1N1、H7N3又はH5N1ウイルスによる感染を中和する、請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の結合部分。
- マウスにおいて、そのような投与がなければ致死力価となるH1N1又はH5N1の感染に対して、1〜10mg/kgの単回投与で防御効果を示す、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の結合部分。
- 抗体又はその断片であり、

配列GGIIAIFNTANYAQKFQG(配列番号78)の重鎖CDR2;

- 配列RASQSVRSNNLA(配列番号80)のCDR1、配列GASSRAT(配列番号81)のCDR2、及び配列QQYGSSPALT(配列番号82)のCDR3を含む軽鎖を含む、請求項8に記載の抗体又は断片。
- 配列RASQSVRSNNLA(配列番号80)のCDR1、配列GASSRAT(配列番号81)のCDR2、及び配列QQYGSSPALT(配列番号82)のCDR3を含む軽鎖を含む、請求項9に記載の抗体又は断片。
- 配列QVQLVQSGAEVRKPGSSVKVSCKVSGGIIRKYAINWVRQAPGQGLEWMGGIIAIFNTANYAQKFQGRVTITADESTSTVYMELSSLRSEDTALYYCARGMNYYSDYFDYWGQGSLVTVSP(配列番号75の1〜120番目のアミノ酸)を含む重鎖を含む、請求項8に記載の抗体又は断片。
- 配列EIVLTQSPGTLSLSPGERATLSCRASQSVRSNNLAWYQHKPGQAPRLLIFGASSRATGIPDRFSGSGSGTDFTLTISRLEPEDFAVYYCQQYGSSPALTFGGGTKVEIK(配列番号76の1〜109番目のアミノ酸)を含む軽鎖を含む、請求項8に記載の抗体又は断片。
- 配列EIVLTQSPGTLSLSPGERATLSCRASQSVRSNNLAWYQHKPGQAPRLLIFGASSRATGIPDRFSGSGSGTDFTLTISRLEPEDFAVYYCQQYGSSPALTFGGGTKVEIK(配列番号76の1〜109番目のアミノ酸)を含む軽鎖を含む、請求項12に記載の抗体又は断片。
- 請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の結合部分を含む医薬組成物。
- 対象に有効量の請求項15に記載の組成物を投与することを含む、対象におけるインフルエンザ感染の治療又は予防のための方法。
- 発現制御配列に作動可能に連結された請求項8〜14のいずれか1項に記載の抗体又は断片の重鎖又は軽鎖の可変領域をコードしているヌクレオチド配列を含む組換え発現系。
- 請求項17に記載の発現系を含むように改変された組換え宿主細胞。
- 請求項18に記載の細胞を前記ヌクレオチド配列が発現される条件下で培養することを含む、インフルエンザウイルスと免疫反応性のモノクローナル抗体又は断片の製造方法。
