Abstract
Description
Claims (14)
- パワーオーバーイーサネット(PoE)システムで使用するPoEデバイスにおいて、
前記PoEデバイスを上流のPoEデバイスまたは中央制御ユニットに接続するための第1のPoEポートと、
前記PoEデバイスを下流のデバイスまたは下流のPoEデバイスに接続するための第2のPoEポートと、
前記第1及び第2のPoEポート間のデータ及び/または電力通信を制御するための制御ユニットと、を有し、
前記制御ユニットは、前記制御ユニットに給電するための電力を受けるために前記第1のPoEポートに接続された第1の電力入力端子を有する、PoEデバイス。 - 前記下流のデバイスに電力を供給するための前記第2のPoEポートに接続された、及び/または、前記制御ユニットに給電するための前記制御ユニットの第2の電力入力端子に接続された、電源をさらに有する、請求項1記載のPoEデバイス。
- 前記第1のPoEポートは、PoEデバイスの前記下流のデバイスに給電するための前記第2のPoEポートに電力を供給するための前記第2のPoEポートに接続される、請求項1または2に記載のPoEデバイス。
- 前記電源の前記第2のPoEポートへの接続、及び/または、前記制御ユニットの前記第1のPoEポートへの接続は、前記制御ユニットによって制御される、請求項2記載のPoEデバイス。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記制御ユニットが前記第1のPoEポートを介して給電される第1のモード、及び、前記制御ユニットが前記電源によって給電される第2のモードで、前記PoEデバイスを運転する、請求項4記載のPoEデバイス。
- 前記電源は、前記PoEデバイスが前記第1のモードで運転されている場合、前記制御ユニットによって停止されている、請求項5記載のPoEデバイス。
- 前記第1または第2のモードのいずれかでの前記PoEデバイスの運転は、前記デバイスの電力要求に基づいて決定される、請求項5または6に記載のPoEデバイス。
- 前記制御ユニットは、前記PoEデバイスの前記電力要求が所定の閾値より低い場合、前記第1のモードで前記PoEデバイスを運転する、請求項7記載のPoEデバイス。
- 前記電力は、データ信号に重畳された電力供給信号として供給される、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載のPoEデバイス。
- 前記電力供給信号を前記第1のPoEポートで受信された入力信号から分離し、前記第1の電力入力端子に前記電力供給信号を供給するための、前記第1のPoEポート及び前記制御ユニットに接続された第1のパワースプリッタをさらに有する、請求項9記載のPoEデバイス。
- 前記電力供給信号及び他のデータ信号を前記第2のPoEポートへの出力信号に結合するための、前記第2のPoEポート及び前記制御ユニットに接続された第2のパワースプリッタをさらに有する、請求項9または10に記載のPoEデバイス。
- 1つ以上のPoEデバイスに電力を供給するためのPoEシステムにおいて、
1つ以上の出力PoEポートを持つ中央制御ユニットと、
前記1つ以上の出力PoEポートが前記1つ以上のPoEデバイスの1つ以上の第1のPoEポートのそれぞれに接続される、請求項1乃至11に従った1つ以上のPoEデバイスと、を有する、PoEシステム。 - 前記中央制御ユニットは、サーバまたはPoEデバイスである、請求項12記載のPoEシステム。
- 請求項12または13に記載のPoEシステムと、
前記1つ以上のPoEデバイスの1つ以上の第2のPoEポートのそれぞれに接続された1つ以上の照明ユニットと、を有する、照明アプリケーション。
