Description
Claims (22)
- 血圧モニタの較正を調べる又は調整する方法であって、前記血圧モニタが圧力検知手段を有する方法であり、既知の圧力を有する少なくとも1つの密閉されたガスボンベを備えるステップと、前記圧力検知手段に前記既知の圧力を適用するように前記圧力検知手段と流体連通して前記ガスボンベを接続するステップと、前記ガスボンベが前記圧力検知手段と流体連通している間に、前記圧力検知手段から読み取りを得るステップと、前記血圧モニタを調べる又は較正するように予測される読み取りと前記圧力検知手段から得られた前記読み取りを比較するステップとを有する方法。
- 異なる複数の既知の圧力で気体が充填された複数のガスボンベが連続して用いられる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記ガスボンベ又は各々のガスボンベは識別子が備えられ、前記既知の圧力は前記識別子を記憶値として関連付けられ、前記血圧モニタは前記識別子を読み取る手段が備えられ、前記血圧モニタは、前記ガスボンベの前記識別子を読み取り、前記ガスボンベ内の前記既知の圧力を決定するように、前記既知の圧力と関連付けられた前記記憶値を検索する、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 前記血圧モニタは、物理的衝撃を記録し、いつ較正が必要であるかをユーザに警告する衝撃センサを備えている、請求項1乃至3の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記血圧モニタは、前記血圧モニタの較正状態の指示と共に血圧読み取りを表示する又は出力する表示手段又は出力手段を有する、請求項1乃至4の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記血圧読み取り及び前記指示が遠隔地に送信される、請求項1乃至5の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 温度センサが備えられ、前記予測される読み取りは、前記検知された温度を補償するように調整される、請求項1乃至6の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 前記圧力検知手段は電子的に調整される、請求項1乃至7の何れか一項に記載の方法。
- 圧力センサ及び該圧力センサと流体連通する少なくとも1つのポートを有する血圧モニタと、既知の圧力を有する密閉されたガスボンベとを有するシステムであって、前記ポートは、前記ポートと流体連通する前記ガスボンベを備え、且つ前記圧力センサに前記既知の圧力を適用するように、前記ガスボンベの前記連通を容易にするように備えられている、システム。
- 前記ポートは前記ガスボンベを開ける穿通手段を有する、請求項9に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガスボンベは識別子が備えられ、前記既知の圧力は、前記識別子を記憶値として関連付けられ、前記血圧モニタは、前記識別子を読み取る手段が備えられ、前記血圧モニタは、前記ガスボンベの前記識別子を読み取り、前記ガスボンベ内の前記既知の圧力を決定するように、前記既知の圧力と関連付けられた前記記憶値を検索する、請求項9又は10に記載のシステム。
- 前記血圧モニタは、物理的衝撃を検知する衝撃センサと、いつ較正が必要であるかをユーザに警告するように前記衝撃センサに応答する警告手段とを備えている、請求項9乃至11の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記血圧モニタの較正状態の表示と共に血圧読み取りを表示する又は出力する表示手段又は出力手段を有する、請求項9乃至12の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記血圧読み取り及び前記指示は遠隔地に送信される、請求項9乃至13の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガスボンベは、既知の圧力で圧縮された気体を有する、請求項9乃至14の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記ガスボンベは、前記ポートと流体連通して且つ密閉して前記ガスボンベを接続するように、破られるように設定された廃棄可能な使い捨てガスボンベである、請求項9乃至15の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 前記血圧モニタは、ユーザの身体の一部の周囲で使用するときに備えられる膨張可能なカフを有し、前記圧力検知手段は、前記カフ内の気体の圧力を検知するように備えられている、請求項9乃至16の何れか一項に記載のシステム。
- 物理的衝撃を検知する衝撃センサと、十分に大きい機械的衝撃又は一連の衝撃が記録されたときに較正が必要であることを指示するようにユーザに警告する前記衝撃センサに接続された警告手段とを有する血圧モニタ。
- タイミング手段と、所定の時間期間が経過した後に較正が必要であることを指示するようにユーザに警告する前記タイミング手段に接続された警告手段とを有する血圧モニタ。
- 血圧モニタの較正状態の表示と共に血圧読み取りを表示する又は出力する表示手段又は出力手段を有する血圧モニタ。
- 血圧モニタは、遠隔地への前記表示と共に前記血圧読み取りを送信するように備えられている、請求項20に記載の血圧モニタ。
- 圧力検知手段と、温度検知手段と、プロセッサ手段とを有する血圧モニタであって、前記圧力検知手段は前記プロセッサ手段に圧力信号を供給するように備えられ、前記プロセッサ手段は圧力読み取りを与えるように前記圧力読み取りを処理するように備えられ、前記温度検知手段は前記プロセッサ手段に温度信号を供給するように備えられ、前記プロセッサ手段は前記検知された温度を補償するように前記圧力読み取りを調整するように備えられている、血圧モニタ。
