Abstract
Description
ガスが進む通路を画定する空気力学的基準表面を画定する一般的形状の内壁を有するケーシングと、
前記通路内でケーシングに対して回転するように装着されたロータホイールであって、
先端部、前縁、および後縁を各々が有する複数の半径方向のブレードを担持する、ホイールと、
ケーシングの内壁内に形成された円周方向のトレンチであって、
前記トレンチの形状が、3つのほぼ円錐形の表面、すなわち上流側から下流側に順に続く上流側表面、中間表面、および下流側表面によって実質的に画定され、
中間表面が、前記空気力学的基準表面に対してほぼ平行であり、
下流側表面が、少なくともブレードの後縁まで下流側に延びる、トレンチとを備え、
隙間渦による効率性の損失は低減されるが、圧送マージンは、従来知られている圧縮機と少なくとも同じほど良好である、圧縮機を提案することである。
Claims (8)
- 軸流タービンエンジンの圧縮機(10)にして、
ガスが進む通路を画定する空気力学的基準表面(22)を画定する一般的形状の内壁(20)を有するケーシング(12)と、
前記通路内でケーシングに対して回転するように装着されたロータホイール(14)であって、
先端部(24)、前縁(26)、および後縁(28)を各々が有する複数の半径方向のブレード(18)を担持する、ホイールと、
ケーシングの内壁内に形成された円周方向のトレンチ(32)であって、
前記トレンチの形状が、3つのほぼ円錐形の表面(32A、32B、32C)、すなわち上流側から下流側に順に続く上流側表面(32A)、中間表面(32B)、および下流側表面(32C)によって実質的に画定され、
中間表面が、前記空気力学的基準表面に対してほぼ平行であり、
下流側表面が、少なくともブレードの後縁(28)まで下流側に延びる、トレンチと
を備える圧縮機であって、
上流側表面(32A)が、ブレードの前縁から上流側に延び、
中間表面と下流側表面の間の合流部が、前縁(26)から始まるブレード(18)の軸方向長さ(L)の30%から80%の範囲内、好ましくは50%から65%の範囲内に位置することを特徴とする、圧縮機(10)。 - 上流側表面(32A)が、2つの円周方向に連続するブレードの先端部間のブレード間ピッチ(D)の5%から25%の範囲内、好ましくは7%から20%の範囲内でブレードの前縁(26)から上流側に延びる、請求項1に記載の圧縮機。
- 下流側表面(32B)が、2つの円周方向に連続するブレードの先端部間のブレード間ピッチ(D)の5%から25%の範囲内、好ましくは7%から20%の範囲内でブレードの後縁(28)から下流側に延びる、請求項1または請求項2に記載の圧縮機。
- 長手方向断面において、下流側表面(32C)が、前記空気力学的基準表面(22)と共に、15°を下回る、好ましくは5°を下回る角度(α2)を形成する、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機。
- 長手方向断面において、上流側表面(32A)が、前記空気力学的基準表面(22)と共に、90°を下回る、好ましくは30°を下回る角度(α1)を形成する、請求項1から4までのいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機。
- ブレード(18)が、トレンチ(32)の内側に突き出ることなく、空気力学的基準表面(22)の内側またはそこまで延びる、請求項1から5までのいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機。
- ほぼ一定の半径方向隙間が、ブレード(18)の先端部とトレンチ(32)の間を延びる、請求項1から6までのいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機。
- 請求項1から7までのいずれか一項に記載の圧縮機を少なくとも1つ含む、ターボエンジン。
