Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 機械加工のための概して円柱状に成形された加工対象物を支持しおよび位置付けるための架台であって、前記架台は、長さ方向に延びる中心線を有し、および前記長さ方向に沿って配置された複数の交互に対向する角度のあるプレートを含む少なくとも1つの調節可能な角柱位置付けユニットを含み、
前記角度のあるプレートは、互いに向かっておよび互いから離れて前記長さ方向に概して垂直な方向に移動可能であり、それによって、前記角度のあるプレート上に設置された前記加工対象物は、前記加工対象物の回転軸が前記架台の前記中心線と一致するように位置付けられることができ、
前記少なくとも1つの調節可能な角柱位置決めユニットは、前記中心線の周りに回転可能であることを特徴とする架台。 - 前記中心線の周りを回転可能な第1および第2の弓形部材をさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの調節可能な角柱位置決めユニットは、前記第1および第2の弓形部材と共に回転可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の架台。
- 前記第1および第2の弓形部材の間に延びる床部材をさらに含み、前記少なくとも1つの調節可能な角柱位置決めユニットは、前記床部材に取り付けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の架台。
- 前記第1および第2の弓形部材は、円弧の形状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の架台。
- 前記第1および第2の弓形部材のそれぞれに取り付けられている少なくとも1つの付加的な円弧セグメントをさらに含み、それによって完全な円形部材が形成されることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の架台。
- 前記第1および第2の弓形部材は、それらの外面に歯を含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の架台。
- 前記第1および第2の弓形部材は、モーターおよびギアを用いて回転可能であり、前記ギアは、前記第1および第2の弓形部材の前記歯とかみ合っていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の架台。
- 前記長さ方向に沿って配置された複数の交互に対向する角度のあるプレートを含む2つの調節可能な角柱位置決めユニットを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の架台。

- 前記角度のあるプレートの動きおよび前記少なくとも1つの調節可能な角柱位置決めユニットの回転運動は、前記工作機械の制御手段によって制御されることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の架台。
- 前記加工対象物は、ピニオンのギアまたはピニオンのブランクを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の架台。
- 水平方向の基準面に関して、対向する角度のあるプレートは、加工対象物を前記基準面から離れて移動させるために互いに向かって相対的に移動可能であり、および対向する角度のあるプレートは、加工対象物を前記基準面に向かって移動させるために、互いから離れて相対的に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の架台。
- 対向する角度のあるプレートは、前記長さ方向に概して垂直な前記方向に一緒に移動可能であり、それによって、前記加工対象物は、前記長さ方向に概して垂直な前記方向に移動可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の架台。
