Abstract
【解決手段】本発明によるLED照明装置は、LEDモジュールと、LEDモジュールに結合され、熱を吸収するサーマルベースと、細管型に形成されて作動流体が注入され、サーマルベースに結合されて熱を吸収する吸熱部及び吸熱部で吸収した熱を放出する放熱部を備えたヒートパイプループと、を含み、ヒートパイプループの各巻線は細長型に形成されており、細長型巻線の一側はサーマルベースに結合され、細長型巻線の他側はサーマルベースの縁から外側へ突出したことを特徴とする。

Claims (9)
- LEDモジュールと、
前記LEDモジュールに結合され、熱を吸収するサーマルベースと、
細管型に形成されて作動流体が注入され、前記サーマルベースに結合されて熱を吸収する吸熱部及び前記吸熱部で吸収した熱を放出する放熱部を備えたヒートパイプループと、を含み、
前記ヒートパイプループの各巻線は、細長型に形成されており、前記細長型巻線の一側が前記サーマルベースに結合され、前記細長型巻線の他側が前記サーマルベースの縁から外側へ突出したことを特徴とするLED照明装置。 - 前記細長型巻線は、
幅と長さの割合が1:5〜1:200であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。 - 前記ヒートパイプループは、
前記サーマルベースの縁に沿って放射状に配置されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。 - 前記サーマルベースは、平板状に形成されており、
前記サーマルベースの一面には、前記LEDモジュールが結合され、
前記サーマルベースの他面には、前記細長型巻線が並んで配置されて薄型化されたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載のLED照明装置。 - 前記サーマルベースの他面のうちの前記LEDモジュールの反対側の領域は、前記細長型巻線の一側と重なることを特徴とする請求項4に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記ヒートパイプループをカバーし、前記ヒートパイプループの両側にそれぞれ通気孔が形成されたカバー部材をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載のLED照明装置。
- 前記カバー部材において、
前記ヒートパイプループの両側通気孔は、互いに対向するように配置されたことを特徴とする請求項6に記載のLED照明装置。 - 請求項6に記載の前記LED照明装置と、
前記LED照明装置を支持する支持体と、を含み、
前記LEDモジュールは、地面を向くように配置され、
前記LED照明装置の前面及び後面の温度差により発生する上昇気流は、前記通気孔を介して前記ヒートパイプループを通過することを特徴とする街灯装置。 - 前記カバー部材は、
太陽光から前記ヒートパイプループをカバーするために前記LED照明装置の後面に配置された後面カバーと、
前記LED照明装置の前面に配置され、前記ヒートパイプループをカバーする前面カバーと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の街灯装置。
