Abstract
Description
Claims (15)
- 画像を形成するために目標物にエネルギを供給するレーザ光源を使用する印刷装置であって、
− 複数のレーザ光源を備えるレーザ光源装置であって、前記複数のレーザ光源が、これらレーザ光源のレーザビームが目標物の表面と移動方向に沿う異なる目標点において交差するように配置されたレーザ光源装置と、
− 前記目標物及び前記レーザ光源を前記移動方向において互いに移動させる移送機構と、
− 前記レーザ光源及び/又は前記移送機構を、画像データに基づいて、目標点のエネルギレベルが前記移動方向に沿う少なくとも2つの異なるレーザ光源の照射により段階的に増加されるように制御する制御装置と、
を有する印刷装置。 - 前記制御装置は、前記レーザ光源の制御が前記目標物の移動に同期されるようにする請求項1に記載の印刷装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記レーザ光源の部分集合のみが前記画像データに基づいて個別に制御されるようにする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷装置。
- 前記移送機構は、前記目標物及び前記レーザ光源を互いに、各レーザ光源が同一の目標点を1回だけ照射するように移動させる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷装置。
- 前記制御装置は前記レーザ光源を、前記レーザ光源が、これらレーザ光源の最大出力パワーの一部である既定のパワー動作点で動作されるように制御する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷装置。
- 前記レーザ光源装置はレーザ光源の部分集合を有し、前記部分集合は、これら部分集合のレーザビームが前記移動方向に直交する方向において目標点を照射するように配置される請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記レーザ光源の少なくとも1つの部分集合が単一の主体として制御されるようにする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷装置。
- 前記制御装置は、前記レーザ光源のうちの少なくとも第1レーザ光源が前記目標物を連続的に照射する一方、少なくとも第2レーザ光源が前記画像データに基づいて個別に制御されるようにする請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷装置。
- 少なくとも1つの目標点において、少なくとも1つの連続的に照射するレーザ光源のレーザビームが少なくとも1つの個別に制御されるレーザ光源のレーザビームと光学的に重ね合わされる請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷装置。
- 前記レーザ光源のうちの少なくとも1つが、VCSELを有する請求項1又は請求項2に記載の印刷装置。
- 画像を形成するために目標物にエネルギを供給するレーザ光源を使用する印刷装置を制御する方法であって、
− 前記目標物及び前記レーザ光源が、相対的に、これらレーザ光源のレーザビームが前記目標物の表面と移動方向に沿う異なる目標点で交差するように移動されるようにするステップと、
− 前記目標物が、画像データに基づいて、目標点のエネルギレベルが前記移動方向に沿う少なくとも2つの異なるレーザ光源の照射により段階的に増加されるように照射されるようにするステップと、
を有する印刷装置を制御する方法。 - 前記レーザ光源のうちの少なくとも第1レーザ光源が前記目標物を連続的に照射する一方、少なくとも第2レーザ光源が前記画像データに基づいて個別に制御される請求項11に記載の印刷装置を制御する方法。
- 熱負荷が、個別に制御可能なレーザ光源の部分集合間で所定の負荷分散規則に従って分散される請求項11又は請求項12に記載の印刷装置を制御する方法。
- 故障したレーザ光源の不足する出力パワーが他のレーザ光源により補償され、該他のレーザ光源は同一の目標点を所定の補償規則に従って増加された出力パワーで照射する請求項11又は請求項12に記載の印刷装置を制御する方法。
- 個別に制御可能なレーザ光源の光出力パワーレベル及び/又はパルス幅が、所定の画像品質規則に従って個別に制御される請求項11又は請求項12に記載の印刷装置を制御する方法。
