Description
本明細書の実施形態の主な目的は、移植したレンズの光学中心を瞳孔の中心(光軸又は視軸)に合わせ、収差を矯正するシステム及び方法を開発することである。
本明細書の実施形態の主な目的は、移植したレンズの光学中心を瞳孔の中心(光軸又は視軸)に合わせ、収差を矯正する光学アセンブリを開発することである。
Claims (11)
- 移植可能な眼内レンズ用の瞳孔中心で中心窩焦点の光学アセンブリであって、
哺乳動物の眼の水晶体嚢内に設けられたリング基盤と、
前記リング基盤上に実装され、光学中心及び幾何学的中心を有する眼内レンズとからなり、
視覚の質を改善し収差を防止するために、前記眼内レンズの前記光学中心は、前記レンズの前記光学中心が前記哺乳動物の眼の瞳孔の視軸と一致するように、前記眼内レンズの前記幾何学的中心に対して意図的に偏心することを特徴とするアセンブリ。 - 前記眼内レンズの面は、前記眼内レンズの眼軸が中心窩を指すように予め設定された角度で傾斜し、前記眼内レンズの前記光学中心は、偏心した瞳孔を補償するように、前記眼内レンズの前記幾何学的中心から偏心する請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記予め設定された角度は、前記水晶体嚢の全径、前記リング基盤の厚さ、前記眼内レンズの光軸の偏心方向と偏心距離に基づいて計算される請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記水晶体嚢の全径、前記リング基盤の厚さ、前記眼内レンズの光軸の偏心方向と偏心距離は、哺乳動物の眼の3次元走査を行うことにより計算される請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記眼内レンズは、複数の触覚部を介して前記リング基盤に実装される請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記複数の触覚部は、所望の場所で前記眼内レンズを保持する請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記水晶体嚢内部に配置された前記リング基盤は、前記触覚部を介して前記眼内レンズを支え、前記眼内レンズを前記哺乳動物の眼の中心窩に向ける請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記眼内レンズの前記触覚部は、前記リング基盤の前方部分又は中央部分又は後方部分に固定される請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記眼内レンズの上側触覚部は前記リング基盤の前記前方部分に固定され、下側触覚部は前記リング基盤の前記後方部分に固定される請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記リング基盤は、垂直経線及び水平経線を確認するためのマーキングが設けられた請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
- 前記眼内レンズ及び前記触覚部は、垂直経線及び水平経線を確認するためのマーキングが設けられた請求項1記載のアセンブリ。
