Claims (14)
- 塩水用の流入口(2)と、前記塩水を蒸発させるための蒸発面と、前記蒸発面を加熱する手段(8)と、前記蒸発面上に水を分布させる手段と、蒸発した水を凝縮するための凝縮面とを備えた水の脱塩装置(1)において、前記脱塩装置(1)が、第1容器壁面(4)を有する第1の内側容器(3)であって、回転軸(5)の回りに回転可能に配置される第1の内側容器(3)と、第2容器壁面(7)を有する第2容器(6)であって、その内側が前記蒸発面を構成する第2容器(6)と、前記第2容器(6)を加熱する手段(8)であって、それによって前記蒸発面をも加熱する加熱手段(8)と、前記両容器(3、6)を前記回転軸(5)の回りに回転させるように配置されるモータ(33)とを含み、前記第2容器(6)は前記第1の内側容器(3)を包囲すると共に前記第1の内側容器(3)に対して固定して結合され、前記蒸発面上に水を分布させる手段は、水が前記第2容器(6)に流出し得るように前記第1の内側容器(3)の容器壁面(4)に配置される複数の孔(9)によって構成され、前記第2容器(6)の容器壁面(7)には、蒸気が前記第2容器(6)から流出し得るように複数の孔(15)が配置され、前記凝縮面は、前記第2容器(6)の容器壁面(7)の前記孔(15)から流出する蒸気を凝縮するように配置される、ことを特徴とする脱塩装置(1)。
- 請求項1に記載の装置(1)において、第3容器壁面(11)を有する第3の外側容器(10)であって、前記第2容器(6)を包囲しかつ前記モータ(33)に対して固定される第3の外側容器(10)を含み、前記第3容器壁面(11)の内側が前記凝縮面を構成し、前記第3の外側容器(10)は凝縮水用の流出口(12)を含むことを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項2に記載の装置(1)において、前記第3の外側容器(10)がガスの流出口(13)を含み、前記第3の外側容器(10)内の圧力の低減を可能となることを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項2または3に記載の装置(1)において、前記第3容器(10)に、前記第3容器壁面(11)を冷却するための冷却装置(14)が配置されることを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)において、前記第1容器壁面(3)の孔(9)が、いずれの容器壁面(4、7)に対しても垂直に見て、前記第2容器壁面(7)の孔(15)と重ならないことを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)において、前記第1容器(3)および前記第2容器(6)が、前記第2容器(6)の一方の側の第1軸受(22、23)内と、前記第2容器(6)のもう一方の側の第2軸受(24、25)内とに懸架され、前記回転軸(5)は前記両軸受(22〜25)を通って延びており、かつ、前記塩水用の流入口(2)が前記両軸受(22〜25)の1つを軸方向に貫通して中心に配置されることを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項6に記載の装置(1)において、前記回転軸(5)が本質的に垂直に配置されることを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項6または7に記載の装置(1)において、前記流入口(2)が、前記回転軸(5)に沿って前記第1容器(3)を貫通して延びる流入管(26)に配置されることを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項8に記載の装置(1)において、前記流入管(26)に、前記流入口(2)からの塩水が前記第1容器(3)に流入し得る複数の孔(28)が設けられることを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)において、前記第2容器(6)が磁化可能材料を含み、かつ、前記加熱手段(8)が、前記磁化可能材料に渦電流を誘起するための磁化手段を含み、前記渦電流が次に前記第2容器(6)を加熱することを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)において、前記第1容器(3)および前記第2容器(6)の間に電圧を印加する手段を含むことを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)において、前記第2容器(6)が、本質的に円対称であり、かつ、0.2〜5メートルの区間の直径、好ましくは0.5〜1メートルの区間の直径を有することを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)において、前記第1容器(3)および前記第2容器(6)の間の間隔が、0.01〜0.3メートル、好ましくは0.03〜0.06メートルであることを特徴とする装置(1)。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の装置(1)において、前記第1の内側容器(3)および前記第2容器(6)の孔(9、15)が、0.002〜0.05メートル、好ましくは0.005〜0.01メートルの、前記容器壁面の平面における広がりを有することを特徴とする装置(1)。
