- IL−17Aの濃度が0.18pg/mlを超えること、IL−17−Fの濃度が116pg/mlを超えること、及びIL−17A/Fの濃度が1.35pg/mlを超えることのうち少なくとも1つのとき、且つIL−1βの濃度が1.1pg/ml未満であること、totMMP−9の濃度が5.0ng/ml未満であること、及びIL−6の濃度が1.0pg/mlを超えることのうち2つ以上のとき、対象が重度の炎症性疾患を有すると決定される、請求項72に記載の方法。
- 炎症性疾患がRA、クローン病、IBD、潰瘍性大腸炎、乾癬、及びCOPDからなる群から選択される、請求項66から74までのいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 炎症性疾患がRAである、請求項75に記載の方法。
- 炎症性疾患がクローン病である、請求項75に記載の方法。
- 炎症性疾患がIBDである、請求項75に記載の方法。
- 炎症性疾患が潰瘍性大腸炎である、請求項75に記載の方法。
- 炎症性疾患が乾癬である、請求項75に記載の方法。
- 炎症性疾患がCOPDである、請求項75に記載の方法。
- 患者における炎症性疾患を決定するための方法であって、
(a)患者サンプル中の以下のマーカー、IL−17A、IL−17F、IL−17A/F、IL−1β、IL−6、totMMP−9、プロMMP−9、及びcTnIの1つ又は複数の濃度を検出することと、
(b)1つ又は複数のマーカーのレベルと健常ボランティアの正常集団中のレベルを比較することと、
(c)IL−17A、IL−17F、IL−17A/F、IL−6、若しくはcTnIの濃度が正常集団と比較して高い、又はtotMMP−9、プロMMP−9、若しくはIL−1βの濃度が正常集団と比較して低いとき、患者が炎症性疾患を有することを決定することと
を含む、上記方法。 - 疾患がRAであり、1つ又は複数のマーカーがIL−17FとIL−17Aの組合せ、IL−17AとIL−17A/Fの組合せ、又はIL−17FとIL−17A/Fの組合せを含む、請求項82に記載の方法。
