Claims (10)
- 回転軸(5a)を有するカムシャフト(5)と、前記カムシャフト(5)上の案内面に接触するように適合された第1の接触手段(9)を有する第1のユニット(16)であって、前記第1の接触手段(9)が前記案内面(6)の突出部分(6a)に接触するとリフトを行うように適合された、第1のユニットと、前記ユニット(16)のリフト動作を燃焼機関の少なくとも1つのバルブ(3)のリフトに変換するように適合された運動伝達機構とを備える燃焼機関用バルブリフト装置であって、前記カムシャフトの回転軸(5a)に垂直な面内において、少なくとも前記案内面(6)の第1の接触位置(9a1)と前記案内面(6)の第2の接触位置(9a2)との間で、前記第1のユニット(16)、したがって前記第1の接触手段(9)の直線運動を可能にするように適合された調整装置(20〜22)を備えることを特徴とする、燃焼機関用バルブリフト装置。
- 前記カムシャフト(5)上の第2の周囲案内面(7)に接触するように適合された第2の接触手段(10)を備える第2のユニット(17)であって、前記第2の接触手段が前記案内面(7)の突出部分(7a)に接触するとリフトを行うように適合された第2のユニット(17)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のバルブリフト装置。
- 前記第1の案内面(6)および前記第2の案内面(7)が、同一の周囲形状を有することを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のバルブリフト装置。
- 前記第1のユニット(16)および前記第2のユニット(17)が、前記ユニットの案内面(6)、(7)のより高いリフトを行う時点で前記ユニット(16、17)がそのリフトを前記バルブ(3)に伝達するように、前記運動伝達機構(11〜15)に接続されたことを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載のバルブリフト装置。
- 前記ユニットの一方(17)が、前記運動伝達機構(11〜15)に直接接続され、前記ユニットの他方(16)が、前記直接接続されたユニット(17)の接触部分(24)と係合するように、かつ前記他方のユニット(16)が前記直接接続されたユニット(17)よりも前記ユニットの案内面(6)のより高いリフトを行うとき、前記直接接続されたユニット(17)をリフトするように適合された接触部分(23)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のバルブリフト装置。
- 前記調整装置が、枢動可能な制御スピンドル(20)を備え、前記制御スピンドル(20)が、前記カムシャフトに平行であり、前記制御スピンドル(20)から半径方向に離れて位置する関節接続部(18)を介して前記第1のユニット(16)に接続されていることを特徴する、請求項1ないし5のいずれか一項に記載のバルブリフト装置。
- 前記調整装置が、前記制御スピンドル(20)を所望の回転位置に回動するように適合された動力ユニット(21)と、前記燃焼機関の動作に関わる情報に基づいて前記動力ユニット(21)を制御する制御ユニット(22)とを備えることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載のバルブリフト装置。
- 前記第2のユニット(17)の前記接触手段(10)が、前記案内面(7)との一定の接触位置(10a)を有することを特徴とする、請求項2ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のバルブリフト装置。
- 前記カムシャフトの回転軸(5a)に垂直な面内において、前記案内面(7)上の少なくとも2つの接触位置の間で、前記第2のユニット(17)、したがって前記第2の接触手段(10)の直線運動を可能にするように適合された第2の調整装置(19〜22)を備えることを特徴とする、請求項2ないし7のいずれか一項に記載のバルブリフト装置。
- 前記接触手段が、前記案内面(6、7)に沿って転がるように適合されたローラ手段(9、10)の形をとることを特徴とする、請求項2ないし9のいずれか一項に記載のバルブリフト装置。
