Claims (6)

  1. a)水溶性ポリマー、b)活性成分及びc)任意の添加剤をブレンドすること、及び、そのブレンドを溶融押出に付し、押出溶融物を製造し、その押出溶融物をドローダウン比1.5〜20で延伸し、厚さが少なくとも0.04mmであるフィルムとすること、
    の工程を含む、溶融押出フィルムの製造方法。
  2. 前記水溶性ポリマーa)と活性成分b)との合計量は前記ブレンドの合計質量を基準として少なくとも75%である、請求項1に記載の方法
  3. 前記水溶性ポリマーはセルロースエーテルもしくはポリエチレンオキシド又はセルロースエーテルとポリエチレンオキシドとの組み合わせである、請求項1に記載の方法
  4. 前記水溶性ポリマーa)の量は前記ブレンドの合計質量を基準として15〜90%である、請求項1に記載の方法
  5. 前記水溶性ポリマーa)は軟化点が活性成分b)の融点よりも高い、請求項1に記載の方法
  6. 前記ブレンドを溶融押出に付し、押出機ダイを出させ、巻き取りロールを用いてフィルムに延伸し、メルトドロー伸び率が50〜5000%のフィルムを提供し、ここで、メルトドロー伸び率=((Vf−Vi)/Vi)×100であり、式中、Viは押出機ダイでのフィルム速度であり、そしてVfは巻き取りロールでのフィルム速度である、請求項1に記載の方法
