Claims (7)
- 血液を第1方向に流動させる一方、前記第1方向とは反対方向である第2方向への逆流を防止するポリマー弁であって、
血液が通過する両端に開放された中孔を有するとともに、両側に一対の切開面が形成されるように前記第1方向に延びて形成された一対の支持台を備える支持部材と、
ポリマー材質からなり、前記各切開面上を覆う膜状の一対のリーフレットと、を含んで構成され、
前記一対のリーフレットは、連結部により端部で連結され、
前記一対のリーフレットには孔が形成され、
前記一対のリーフレットは、血液が前記第1方向に流れるときに前記孔が開放されるように互いに離れる開放位置と、血液が前記第2方向に流れようとするときに前記孔が閉鎖されるように前記孔付近で互いに密着する閉鎖位置との間で移動可能であることを特徴とするポリマー弁。 - 前記一対のリーフレットと前記連結部に、互いに直接連結されている孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のポリマー弁。
- 側面から見たとき、前記一対のリーフレットに形成された孔はU字状であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のポリマー弁。
- 導管と、
血液を第1方向は流動させる一方、前記第1方向とは反対方向である第2方向への逆流を防止する、前記導管上に設置される一対のポリマー弁と、
前記導管の外側に密閉された空間が形成されるように設置されるケースと、を含み、
前記ポリマー弁は、
血液が通過する両端に開放された中孔を有するとともに、両側に一対の切開面が形成されるように前記第1方向に延びて形成された一対の支持台を備える支持部材と、
ポリマー材質からなり、前記各切開面上を覆う膜状の一対のリーフレットと、を含んで構成され、
前記一対のリーフレットは、連結部により端部で連結され、
前記一対のリーフレットには孔が形成され、
前記一対のリーフレットは、血液が前記第1方向に流れるときに前記孔が開放されるように互いに離れる開放位置と、血液が前記第2方向に流れようとするときに前記孔が閉鎖されるように前記孔付近で互いに密着する閉鎖位置との間で移動可能であり、
前記ケース内部の圧力を増加させたり減少させたりする操作により、前記第1方向に血液をポンピングする心室補助装置。 - 前記導管は、弾性材質からなることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の心室補助装置。
- 前記一対のリーフレットと前記連結部に、互いに直接連結されている孔が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の心室補助装置。
- 側面から見たとき、前記一対のリーフレットに形成された孔はU字状であることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の心室補助装置。
