Description
本発明による支持リングは、例えば、縫合カフによって心臓弁輪に接合される円形または楕円形の環状の支持リングであって、当該支持リングに繋げられた前記縫合カフを有し、前記支持リングを通って配置される長く延びた経弁導管を、前記支持リング内で中央位置に保持するように構成される1つ以上の内向きに突出する支柱を有する支持リングであってもよい。
また、その支持リングでは、前記支柱に繋げられており、ねじ式部材が取り付けられるねじ式支持構造を含み、前記ねじ式部材は、対応するねじ山が付いた経弁導管を支持してもよい。
また、本発明による血液ポンプは、例えば、心室内もしくは動脈内の血液ポンプ、または、一部が左心室もしくは右心室に配置され一部が大動脈もしくは肺動脈に配置された血液ポンプであって、長く延びた導管を有し、前記導管を中央に保持する構成部材が心臓弁輪内に接合されることにより、該導管が心臓弁の中央に保持されるように構成されるものであってもよい。
Claims (5)
- 弁付き導管支持リングであって、
前記導管支持リングは、当該導管支持リングを通って延びる略管状の部材を中央位置に保持するようにされており、
前記導管支持リングは、環状ステントに繋げられた2つまたは3つの心臓弁尖を有し、
2つまたは3つの弁尖支持部材を有する円形または楕円形のリングと、
前記リングに繋げられた1つ以上の導管支持支柱と、を有し、
前記弁尖支持部材は、前記リングに繋げられており、弁を通過する血流の方向に前記支持リングの面から離れるように、軸方向に突出し、
前記導管支持支柱は、前記弁を通過する血流の方向とは反対の方向に、軸方向に突出する、導管支持リング。 - ある軸位置で前記支柱に繋げられているねじ式支持構造を含み、
前記ねじ式支持構造は、経弁導管と相互接続されたねじ式部材によって、前記弁尖支持部材に繋げられた弁尖が最適な所定の軸位置でテーパ状の前記経弁導管の表面に対して密閉を行うことを可能にする、請求項1記載の弁付き支持リング。 - 前記経弁導管は、心臓弁を通って延びる血液ポンプの一部である、請求項2記載の弁付き支持リング。
- 前記経弁導管は、大動脈または肺動脈に配置された血液ポンプに接続される、請求項2記載の弁付き支持リング。
- 前記経弁導管は、左心室または右心室に配置された血液ポンプに接続される、請求項2記載の弁付き支持リング。
