Claims (22)
- 管状構造体を形成する複数の相互接続される支柱およびリンクを備える、埋め込み可能なプロテーゼであって、
前記支柱および前記リンクが、径方向内側に面する管腔内面と、径方向外側に面する管腔外面と、前記管腔内面を前記管腔外面に接続する側面とを有し、前記支柱および前記リンクのうちの少なくとも一部が前記側面に貫通穴を有する、埋め込み可能なプロテーゼ。 - 前記貫通穴内に治療薬を更に備える、請求項1に記載ののプロテーゼ。
- 前記貫通穴内に高分子を更に備え、前記高分子が前記治療薬と組み合わされる、請求項2に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記高分子が生体吸収性である、請求項3に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記管状構造体の外面上にコーティングを更に備え、前記コーティングが、前記貫通穴内の前記治療薬と同じあるいは異なる治療薬を保持する、請求項2に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記コーティングが前記側面上に配置され、前記管腔内面上および前記管腔外面上のいずれにも治療薬が配置されない、請求項5に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記管腔内面および前記管腔外面のいずれにも貫通穴が存在しない、請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記管腔内面上および前記管腔外面上のいずれにも治療薬が配置されない、請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 径方向に拡張できるように構成される リングを備え、前記リングが前記リンクにより互いに接続される、請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記管状構造体が中心軸線を有し、前記貫通穴の少なくとも一部が、前記中心軸線に対して略平行な末端間長さを有する、請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記管状構造体が中心軸線を有し、前記貫通穴の少なくとも一部が、前記中心軸線に対して略垂直な末端間長さを有する、請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記貫通穴の少なくとも一部が互いに交差する、請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記貫通穴が略無孔質材料中に形成される、請求項1に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 非径方向貫通穴を有する相互接続される構造部材の管状フレームと、
前記非径方向貫通穴内の治療薬と、
を備える埋め込み可能なプロテーゼ。 - 前記構造部材の外面上にコーティングを更に備え、前記コーティングが、前記非径方向貫通穴内の前記治療薬と同じあるいは異なる治療薬を含む、請求項14に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記管状フレームの径方向内側に面する表面上には何らの治療薬も配置されず、前記管状フレームの径方向外側に面する表面上には何らの治療薬も配置されない、請求項15に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記非径方向貫通穴を有する構造部材が、径方向貫通穴を有さない、請求項14に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記非径方向貫通穴を有する前記構造部材の径方向内側に面する部分および径方向外側に面する部分にはいずれも治療薬が配置されない、請求項14に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記構造部材が柔軟であり、前記管状フレームが径方向に拡張するように構成される、請求項14に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記非径方向貫通穴の少なくとも一部が、前記管状フレームの中心軸線に対して略平行であり、あるいは、前記管状フレームの中心軸線に対して略垂直である、請求項14に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記非径方向貫通穴の少なくとも一部が互いに交差する、請求項14に記載のプロテーゼ。
- 前記構造部材が略無孔質である基体材料から形成される、請求項14に記載のプロテーゼ。
