Abstract
Description
運搬台は、2つの支持用ホイール1と、2つの側部ガイド用ホイールにより、平行な2本のレール(図示せず)に沿って走る。
直交するベルトコンベア6が支持体4に取り付けられていて、やはり運搬台の上に設置されたサーボドライバ3によって制御される直流モータ8によって操作される。
第1の解決法は、選別機のトラックに沿って設置されていて、滑り接触部を通じて選別機に電力を供給する導電性レールシステムに基づいている。
導電性レールには、直流電流と約70Vの電圧が供給される。
それぞれの運搬台には、1つの支持用ホイールに接続された発電機が取り付けられている。ホイールは、トラックとの摩擦によって回転が維持され、選別機は、駆動ユニットによって駆動されて一定速度で移動する。
しかしこの解決法では、エネルギー蓄積装置から提供される電圧を大きくするために運搬台に追加の電子回路を取り付ける必要がある。
さらに、化学的エネルギー蓄積装置を利用すると、メンテナンスと汚染の問題が発生する。
本発明により、上記の制約と問題なしに選別機上で電気エネルギーを利用できるようにする1つの解決法が提供される。
交流発電ホイールの基本的特性は、回転速度が小さいにもかかわらず高周波数の三相高電圧を発生させうることである。ホイールの接線方向の速度は選別機の速度と等しい。なぜならホイールは、速度増倍装置をまったく備えていないからである。
ケーブルの第3のワイヤは、運搬台列の最後の運搬台のプラス極に接続する。
運搬台列の第1の運搬台を試験するとき、第3のワイヤにプラスの極性が存在していると、すべてのコネクタが適切に接続されていることが証明される。
運搬台列に沿った接続されていないコネクタの位置を特定することのできる方法は、相互固定接続部を有する第2のピンが設けられた各運搬台のバスコネクタを用いると可能になる。
この解決法は経済的に採算が合わず、部品のサイズが原因で運搬台の設計にマイナスの効果がある。

- 地上に設置された推進装置と、電力を供給する交流発電機を有する複数の支持用ホイールが取り付けられた運搬台が互いに接続された運搬台列と、を備える選別機械において、 交流発電機がホイールの中に収容され、
ホイールが、
ホイールを支持するフォーク状部材と一体化した固定子のコイルを支持する固定された内側リングと、
永久磁石を収容し、コイルの前でシャフトのまわりを回転する外側リングと、
を備えることを特徴とする選別機械。 - 発電機が共通する1つの分配ケーブルに並列に電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の選別機械。
- 外側リングの周囲にポリマー材料からなるライナーが設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の選別機械。
- 外側リングが12個の希土類系永久磁石を支持し、内側リングが12個の磁極およびそれと同数のコイルを有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の選別機械。
- 三相のそれぞれが直列に接続された4つのコイルを有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の選別機械。
- 運搬台が、交流発電機に接続された選別用電動モータによって作動する選別用ベルトと傾斜トレイを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の選別機械。
- 運搬台が、交流発電機が設けられた側方ガイド用ホイールを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の選別機械。
- ホイールが、消費される力学的エネルギーを閾値未満に自己制限する設計にされていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の選別機械。
- 運搬台がサーボドライバを搭載していて、サーボドライバが、選別用モータを作動させ、ホイールのエネルギーの寄与を分配ケーブルに加え、最大限度を超える電圧を発生させたホイールの発電機を一時的に遮断することを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の選別機械。
- サーボドライバが、選別用ベルトの速度プロファイルの精度を低下させることなく、分配ケーブルから利用できる60〜100Vの電圧を利用して選別用モータを制御することを特徴とする請求項9に記載の選別機械。
- 搭載されているサーボドライバに、物品が載せられたときに選別命令をベルト作動命令から区別できる電子回路が設けられていて、電子回路は、分配バスの電圧が所定の閾値よりも低いときには選別命令の実行を飛ばすことが可能であることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の選別機械。
- 分配バスの電圧が閾値よりも低くなったとき、電子回路がすでに実行中の選別命令を中断しないことを特徴とする請求項11に記載の選別機械。
- 交流発電ホイールがうまく動作していることを遠隔診断によってチェックするため、サーボドライバが赤外変調信号の発生手段を有することを特徴とする請求項9〜12のいずれか一項に記載の選別機械。
- 交流発電機の三相電圧を整流するダイオードブリッジを備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の選別機械。
- 支持用ホイールの交流発電機が、外側リングの中に配置された複数の永久磁石と、複数の極コイルで構成され、ホイールを支持するフォーク状部材と一体化した固定子と、を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜14のいずれか一項に記載の選別機械。
- 接線方向の速度を2m/秒にして駆動するとき、個々のホイールが、40Hzを超える周波数と、60Vを越える整流された電圧を有する三相電圧を発生させ、20W以上の電力を供給することを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の選別機械。
