Abstract
Description
Claims (11)
- 燃焼煙道ガスから液体CO2を生成する方法であって、
前記煙道ガスを少なくとも2つの分離ステージ(9,21)で部分的に凝縮し、前記少なくとも2つの分離ステージ(9,21)を、膨張したオフガス(23)及び膨張した液体CO2(3.1,3.3)によって冷却し、
前記膨張したCO2を、後段の前記分離ステージ(21)を通過させた後、追加分離ドラム(33)で液体CO2及び気体CO2に分離し、
前記追加分離ドラム(33)の前記気体CO2及び前記液体CO2の一部を第1圧力レベル(フラグ7d)に膨張させ、前記液体CO2の残部(3.6)の圧力を第2圧力レベル(フラグ7e)に増大して該残部(3.6)を膨張させ(フラグ7e)、前記後段の分離ステージ(21)内のCO2を冷却する、方法。 - 前記液体CO2の残部(3.6)を、約15バールから25バール、好ましくは20バールまでの圧力(フラグ13)に膨張させる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前段の前記分離ステージ(9)からの液体CO2(3.1)を、前記液体CO2の残部(3.6)の前記圧力まで膨張させ、
CO2流の両方(3.1,3.6)は、前記前段の分離ステージ(9)内の冷却目的に使用される、請求項1に記載の方法。 - 前記CO2流の両方(3.1,3.6)を、第2圧縮機(25)の第2又は第3ステージに供給する、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記煙道ガスを、前記第1分離ステージ(9)に流入させる前に、第1圧縮機(1)内で圧縮し、第1冷却器(5)内で冷却、及び/又は乾燥器(7)内で乾燥する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記後段の分離ステージ(21)からのオフガス(23)を、前記後段の分離ステージ(21)の熱交換器(17)に流入させる前に、約17バールに膨張させるとともに、その温度が約−54℃になる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記オフガス(23)を、前記全ての分離ステージ(21,9)を通過させた後、過熱器(29)内で過熱し、膨張機(31)内で膨張させ、次いで前記後段の分離ステージ(21)の熱交換器(17)に再び供給する、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 燃焼煙道ガスから液体CO2を生成するプラントであって、
前記煙道ガス(3)を、少なくとも2つの分離ステージ(9,21)、複数の減圧弁(15)、第2CO2ポンプ(35)、追加分離ドラム(33)、及び第2多段式圧縮機(25)で部分的に凝縮する、プラント。 - 各分離ステージ(9,21)は、熱交換器(11,17)と、気体CO2から液体CO2を分離する分離ドラム(13,19)とを備える、請求項8に記載のプラント。
- 少なくとも1つの膨張機(31)及び/又は1つのオフガス過熱器(29)を更に備える、請求項8に記載のプラント。
