Abstract
Description
本発明は、a)ケイ酸カルシウムセメント、b)アルミン酸カルシウムセメント及びc)少なくとも1種の三官能性ポリアルキレングリコールを含有する無機結合剤系並びにこのようなセメント系用の急結剤としての少なくとも1種のポリアルキレングリコールの使用に関する。

0.1〜1.2mmの石英砂 71.8質量%
軽量充填材 2.0質量%
ポルトランドセメント CEM II 52.5 20質量%
アルミナセメント 2.0質量%
分散粉末 1.0質量%
急結剤 3.0質量%
遅延剤 0.2質量%
混水量:粉末1kg当たり220g
0.1〜1.2mmの石英砂 71.6質量%
軽量充填材 2.0質量%
ポルトランドセメント CEM II 52.5 17質量%
アルミナセメント 2.0質量%
硬セッコウ 3.0質量%
分散粉末 1.0質量%
急結剤 3.0質量%

混水量:粉末1kg当たり180g
それぞれのフィラーを、上記の混水量及び場合によりPluriol A4TE(BASF SEのPluriol A4TEは、グリセリンを基礎とする三官能性ポリエチレングリコールである。それは一分子当たり3個のヒドロキシル基を有する)と、ボーリングマシーン及びM17 ディスク型撹拌機を用いて塊がなくなるまで混合する。3分の進行時間後、モルタルを再びレードルを使って手で手短に混合し、そして試験を開始する。
上記の水量とかき混ぜた後、フィラーの平滑性を直視的に5分毎に試験する。そのために、混合したモルタルを容器に入れる;層の高さ約4cm。加工時間が終了となるのは、フィラーが、しゃくしですじを入れた後に、もはや寄り集まって均一な表面とならず、かつ境目が認められ続ける時である。
それぞれの混合したモルタルの固化時間を、DIN EN 196 part 3に従ったビカー法(Vicat-Verfahren)により調べる。
混合したモルタルを、非吸収性の基材に2cmの層厚で塗布する。24時間後、消しゴムを使って表面を中程度の力で圧して負荷をかけ、かつ360°の回転に供する。被覆の準備が整うのは、モルタルの剥離又はモルタルの摩耗がもはや生じない時である。
Claims (15)
- a)ケイ酸カルシウムセメント、
b)アルミン酸カルシウムセメント、
c)少なくとも一種の三官能性ポリアルキレングリコール、
d)場合により硫酸カルシウム
を含有する無機結合剤系。 - a)ポルトランドセメント、
b)アルミナセメント、
c)少なくとも1種の三官能性ポリアルキレングリコール、
d)場合により硬セッコウ
を有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載の無機結合剤系。 - a)ポルトランドセメント10〜30質量%、
b)アルミナセメント1〜10質量、
c)トリメチロールプロパン又はグリセリン並びにポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール及び/又はポリテトラメチレングリコールを基礎する少なくとも1種の三官能性ポリアルキレングリコール0.05〜5質量%、
d)硬セッコウ0〜20質量%
を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1又は2記載の無機結合剤系。 - さらに、
石英砂20〜60質量%、
更なるセメント急結剤0.1〜4質量%、
セメント遅延剤0.1〜2質量%
が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の無機結合剤系。 - 前記セメント系がドライブレンドモルタルであることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の無機結合剤系。
- 液化剤、再分散性ポリマー粉末、消泡剤、安定化剤、保水剤、増粘剤、制塵材、急結剤、遅延剤及び顔料の群からの少なくとも1種の更なる添加剤が含有されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の無機結合剤系。
- 更なる急結剤若しくは遅延剤として、水酸化物、無機酸及び/又は有機酸及び/又はそれらの塩並びにアルカリ金属炭酸塩又はこれらの化合物の混合物が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の無機結合剤系。
- 更なる急結剤若しくは遅延剤として、水酸化カルシウム、クエン酸及び/又はそれらの塩、炭酸リチウム、炭酸ナトリウム及び/又は炭酸カリウム又はこれらの化合物の混合物が用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の無機結合剤系。
- 前記セメント系が、充填材として、石英砂、石英粉、石灰石、重晶石、方解石、苦灰石、滑石、カオリン、雲母及び白亜の群からの少なくとも1種の化合物を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の無機結合剤系。
- 前記セメント系が、充填材30〜60質量%、ケイ酸カルシウムセメント10〜30質量%、アルミン酸カルシウムセメント1〜10質量%、少なくとも1種の三官能性ポリアルキレングリコール0.05〜5質量%及び場合により少なくとも1種の更なる急結剤及び/又は遅延剤0.005〜1質量%及び硫酸カルシウム0〜20質量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から9までのいずれか1項記載の無機結合剤系。
- 前記セメント系が、潜在水硬性の固体成分1〜15質量%を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1から10までのいずれか1項記載の無機結合剤系。
- 前記セメント系が、フィラー、たたき材又はレベリング材として用いられることを特徴とする、請求項1から11までのいずれか1項記載の無機結合剤系。
- 以下の成分
a)ケイ酸カルシウムセメント及び
b)アルミン酸カルシウムセメント及び場合により
c)硫酸カルシウム
を包含するセメント系用の急結剤としての、少なくとも1種のポリアルキレングリコールの使用。 - 前記ポリアルキレングリコールが、ポリエチレングリコール、ポリプロピレングリコール及び/又はポリテトラメチレングリコールであることを特徴とする、請求項13記載の使用。
- 請求項1から12までのいずれか1項記載の前記無機結合剤系を5〜15℃の温度で加工する方法。
