Description

Claims (9)

  1. 大腿骨、肩若しくは膝の人工装具、又は骨の充填剤若しくは置換、インサート、又はシェル骨インプラントオペレーションのために利用でき得る統合人工装であって、
    少なくとも、金属サポートとプラスチック材料からなるインサートとを含んでおり、該プラスチック材料は摩擦表面、つまりインサートを規定するように少なくとも金属サポートの第1の表面に接続されており、調節可能な厚さを有しており、装具の可動部に向かって開いており、
    前記金属サポート(30)は、前記第1の表面の反対側に、前記人工装具又は骨置換が設置される骨の部分に接続されることを意図した第2の表面を含んでおり、
    前記第1の表面は、実質的に均一な態様で分散されて、且つ、前記インサート(13)を形成する前記プラスチック材料の固定及び固化に適し、且つ、前記第1の表面を内部に延伸するキャビティ又はホール(12)を有しており、一方で、前記第2の表面は、前記骨の固定を最適化するのに適したポーラス層(16)を含んでおり、そこでは、前記第1の表面と前記第2の表面とは、前記プラスチックインサート(13)を形成する工程における液体又は半液体の前記プラスチック材料を留める緻密層(14)によって分離されており、さらに、前記第1の表面の前記キャビティ又はホール(12)は、前記第2の表面の孔よりも、いかなる異なる形態の場合において、より大きな形状及びサイズを有し、
    前記固化層(11)と一緒に、前記金属サポート(30)、前記コンパクト層(14)及び前記ポーラス層(16)は全て、EBM(Electoron Beam Melting)技術又は高出力レーザー光線を用いた技術を用いて、純チタニウム、その合金、コバルト合金、タンタル合金又はその他の適切な生分解性合金に基づいた粉末物質から得られる、
    ことを特徴とする統合人工装具。
  2. 請求項1に記載の統合人工装具において、
    前記プラスチックインサート(13)は、第1の炉で形成された前記固化層の前記キャビティ又はホール(12)内へ、液体状態又は半液体状態でプラスチック材料を供給することにより、少なくとも部分的に得られるものである、
    ことを特徴とする統合人工装具。
  3. 請求項1又は2に記載の統合人工装具において、
    前記キャビティ又はホール(12)は、前記固化層(11)の内部に向かって延伸していると共に少なくともアンダーカットを生成するか、又は、交互に連結して且つ互いに結合された一連の開口キャビティを有している、
    ことを特徴とする統合人工装具。
  4. 請求項1〜3のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合人工装具において、
    前記金属サポート(30)は、チタニウム及び/又はコバルト及び/又はタンタル及び/又はそれらの合金から形成されている、
    ことを特徴とする統合人工装具。
  5. 請求項1〜4のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合人工装具において、
    前記固化層(11)及び前記コンパクト層(14)は、
    純チタニウム、その合金、コバルト合金、タンタル合金又はその他の適切な生分解性合金に基づいた物質と共に、互いに固化されている、
    ことを特徴とする統合人工装具。
  6. 請求項1〜のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合人工装具において、
    前記プラスチックインサート(13)は、ポリエーテルエーテルケトン、ポリカーボネートウレタン、及びポリエチレンからなる群より選択されるポリマー材料によって形成されている、
    ことを特徴とする統合人工装具。
  7. 請求項1〜のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合人工装具において、
    前記キャビティ又はホール(12)は、1200μm〜2500μmの範囲かそれ以上の範囲で変動し得る幅サイズを有している、
    ことを特徴とする統合人工装具。
  8. 請求項1〜7のうちのいずれか1項に記載の統合人工装具において、
    前記ポーラス層(16)の孔は、250μm〜1000μmの範囲で変動する、
    ことを特徴とする統合人工装具。
  9. 大腿骨、肩若しくは膝の人工装具、又は骨の充填剤若しくは置換、インサート、又はシェル骨インプラントオペレーションのために利用でき得る統合人工装の形成方法であって、
    少なくとも、金属サポートとプラスチック材料からなるインサートとを含んでおり、該プラスチック材料は摩擦表面、つまりインサートを規定するように少なくとも金属サポートの第1の表面に接続されており、調節可能な厚さを有しており、装具の可動部に向かって開いており、
    前記金属サポート(30)は、前記第1の表面の反対側に、前記人工装具又は骨置換が設置される骨の部分に接続されることを意図した第2の表面を含んでおり、
    第1のステップと第2のステップとを備え、
    前記第1のステップでは、前記第1の表面と前記第2の表面との間の少なくとも中間の緻密層(14)を規定するように前記金属サポート(30)が形成され、前記固化層(11)を規定するように且つ前記第1の表面を内部に延伸する前記第1の表面上にキャビティ又はホール(12)が形成され、第2の表面上には表面孔が設けられ、
    前記第2のステップでは、液体状態又は半液体状態でプラスチック材料を供給、流し込み、又は注入して、前記緻密層(14)に到達するまで、前記固化層(11)のキャビティ又はホール(12)内に突き抜け、前記ホール又はキャビティ(12)は内部に延伸し且つ少なくともアンダーカットを生成するか、交互に連結し合って且つ互いに結合された開口キャビティであり、さらに、前記金属サポート(3)と前記第1及び第2の表面は、EBM(Electoron Beam Melting)技術を用いて、純チタニウム、その合金、コバルト合金、タンタル合金又はその他の適切な生分解性合金から選択された粉末物質上に、単一の工程で形成される、
