Description

本明細書に開示される実施形態は、概して、多孔質金属構造体及びそれらの製造方法、より具体的には、医療装置内の多孔質金属構造体に関する。

(7) 前記複数のプレートは、前記固定ペグの前記遠位先端と前記ベースとの間に配置されている、実施態様1に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネント。
(8) 前記ベースは、脛骨インサートを受容するように構成された脛骨プラットフォームを含む、実施態様1に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネント。

(12) 各プレートが、前記多孔質三次元構造体の周囲に周方向に延在する、実施態様11に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネント。
(13) 前記複数のプレートのうちの隣接するプレートは、近位-遠位方向に、前記多孔質三次元構造体上で互いに離間している、実施態様12に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネント。
(14) 前記固定ペグの前記遠位先端は、長手方向スロットを含む、実施態様12に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネント。
(15) 整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネントであって、
脛骨インサートを受容するように構成された脛骨プラットフォームと、
前記脛骨プラットフォームに連結された多孔質三次元構造体であって、骨成長を可能にするように構成されている、多孔質三次元構造体と、
前記脛骨プラットフォームから離れるように遠位先端まで延在する細長いステムと、を含み、
前記多孔質三次元構造体は、前記脛骨プラットフォームに連結された層と、前記層から延在する複数の固定ペグと、を含み、各固定ペグは、外側表面境界を有する前記多孔質三次元構造体の一部分を含み、
複数のプレートが各固定ペグの前記外側表面境界に取り付けられており、各プレートは、開口部のない外壁を有するテーパ状本体を含む、整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネント。
(17) 各プレートの前記外壁は、テーパ状チャネルを画定する凹面を含む、実施態様16に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネント。
(18) 前記複数のプレートのうちの隣接するプレートは、各ペグ上で互いに周方向に離間している、実施態様15に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネント。
(19) 前記複数のプレートのうちの隣接するプレートは、近位-遠位方向に、前記多孔質三次元構造体上で互いに離間している、実施態様15に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネント。
(20) 整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネントの製造方法であって、
少なくとも1つの固定ペグを含む多孔質三次元構造体を形成するために、金属粉末の連続層を堆積及び走査することを含み、
前記少なくとも1つの固定ペグは、多孔質部分と、前記多孔質部分に配置された少なくとも1つの中実プレートと、を含む、方法。

ベースと、

前記固定ペグは、前記外側表面境界において前記多孔質三次元構造体に取り付けられた複数のプレートを含み、各プレートは、前記多孔質三次元構造体から離れる方向に面し、かつ、開口部のない外壁を有するテーパ状本体を含み、
前記各プレートの前記テーパ状本体は、前記多孔質三次元構造体に沿って長手方向に延在し、
前記各プレートの前記テーパ状本体は、近位端から遠位端まで延在し、
前記各プレートの前記テーパ状本体は、前記近位端における第1の幅と、前記近位端と前記遠位端との間における前記第1の幅よりも大きい第2の幅と、を有する、整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネント。 - 整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネントであって、

- 前記ベースは、脛骨インサートを受容するように構成された脛骨プラットフォームを含む、請求項1又は2に記載の整形外科用プロテーゼコンポーネント。
