Abstract
前記制御デバイス(22)が少なくとも1つの移動可能なまたは回転可能なカム(6)を備えるとともに、前記制御デバイス(22)には、閉鎖要素(41、42、43)と対応し、かつ前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)と接触する夫々の従動ピン(11)に作用する少なくとも2つのカム路(71、72、73)が設けられ、前記カム(6)の調節がアクチュエータ(8)によって実現されることを特徴とする、制御バルブユニット。

Claims (17)
- 内燃機関の液体回路のための制御バルブユニットであって、前記制御バルブユニット(21)が、一方では、少なくとも1つの入口開口部(2)または出口開口部(2’)と、少なくとも2つの出口開口部(31、32、33)または入口開口部(3’1、3’2、3’3)と、対応する出口開口部(31、32、33)または入口開口部(3’1、3’2、3’3)を選択的に開閉するために制御デバイス(22)によって作動する少なくとも2つの閉鎖要素(41、42、43)とを備えたバルブハウジング(1)を有し、これらの閉鎖要素(41、42、43)のそれぞれが、最大開位置と、前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)がシート(5)上に押し付けられることで流れを遮断する閉位置との間において、継続的に調節可能である制御バルブユニットであって、
前記制御デバイス(22)が少なくとも1つの移動可能なまたは回転可能なカム(6)を備えるとともに、前記制御デバイス(22)には、閉鎖要素(41、42、43)と対応し、かつ前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)と接触する夫々の従動ピン(11)に作用する少なくとも2つのカム路(71、72、73)が設けられ、前記カム(6)の調節がアクチュエータ(8)によって実現されることを特徴とする、制御バルブユニット。 - 前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)上に流れる液体によって作用する静圧および動圧の力が、これらの要素を閉位置に押し付ける傾向を有するように設計されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 各閉鎖要素(41、42、43)の、この要素の両側にある前記従動ピン(11)が、前記ハウジング(1)に固定的に連結された2つの案内軸受(131、132)に取り付けられ、これらの案内軸受(131、132)の少なくとも1つに、前記従動ピン(11)のアライメント誤差またはこのシート(5)の配向誤差の補償を可能にするために遊びが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1または2のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記カム(6)が、前記アクチュエータ(8)によって回転するカム盤を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記制御バルブユニット(21)の前記ハウジング(1)がフランジによって前記内燃機関のエンジンブロックまたはシリンダヘッド上に直接連結され、前記入口開口部(2)または前記出口開口部(2’)が前記エンジンブロックまたは前記シリンダヘッドの前記対向フランジの出口開口部または入口開口部と直に対応し、液体が前記内燃機関と前記制御バルブユニット(21)との間の追加の連結部品なしで直接流れることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- フェイルセーフ機能を備えた少なくとも1つの閉鎖要素(41、42、43)が、前記制御バルブユニット(21)または前記内燃機関の不具合の際に既定の閉位置または開位置を想定するような方式で設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)が2つの部品の形態であり、前記従動ピン(11)上または従動ピン(11)と弁板との間の領域に、前記カム(6)から圧力による力を伝達し、閉鎖要素(41、42、43)とシート(5)との間の密封位置における角度誤差を許容する接合部が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記接合部が前記従動ピンの一部の半球形の端部と、前記半球形の端部が受容されるソケット形状の対向部材とによって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記カムまたは前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)の実際の位置を検出するために、前記実際のカムまたは閉鎖要素の位置を、所望のカムまたは閉鎖要素の位置に訂正するための信号を供給する測定器を備えることを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記測定器が、少なくとも1つのホールセンサ(18)と、前記カム(6)、従動ピン(11)または前記駆動軸(9)上に配置された少なくとも1つの対応する磁石(19)とを含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記測定器の部品、特に磁石(19)が前記制御バルブユニット(21)の内部に配置され、その内部に流体が流れ、かつ流体が流れる前記制御バルブユニット(21)の前記内部の外側にある壁によって分離された、前記測定器の他の部品、特に前記ホールセンサ(18)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 液体が前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)のすぐ前の共通の入口開口部(2)から前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)の下流側にある別個の出口開口部(31、32、33)に流れるか、液体が前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)の上流側にある別個の入口開口部(3’1、3’2、3’3)から前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)のすぐ下流側にある共通の出口開口部(2’)に流れるかのいずれかであることを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記制御バルブユニット(21)が、液体の流れに対して前記内燃機関の上流側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記制御バルブユニット(21)が液体の流れに対して前記内燃機関の下流側に配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記個々の閉鎖要素(41、42、43)の前記カム(6)に対する制御挙動を変えるために、前記制御デバイス(22)の1つまたはいくつかのカム路(71、72、73)を互いに対して調節可能とし、または/および前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)の少なくとも1つを動作停止するために1つまたはいくつかのカム路(71、72、73)を分離することができることを特徴とする、請求項1〜14のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記制御デバイス(22)が、前記閉鎖要素(41、42、43)の作動する方向に調節可能に支持され、それにより前記空間、したがって、シート(5)と前記対応する閉鎖要素(41、42、43)との間における流路断面が変化することを特徴とする、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
- 前記制御バルブユニット(21)が温度センサ(10)を含み、前記閉鎖要素の実際の閉位置の間、液体の温度を検出するために、前記温度センサ(10)が前記内燃機関の前記回路の液体と接触する間合いで一時的に少なくとも1つの閉鎖要素(41、42、43)を開放する制御デバイスが設けられることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれか1項に記載の制御バルブユニット。
