Claims (15)
- ハブ及び風によって回転するブレードを有するローターと、
前記ローターに連結された主軸を介して前記ローターを回転自在に支持するナセルアセンブリーと、
前記ナセルアセンブリーを回転自在に支持するタワーと、
前記タワーが設置される場所に近接して位置するダイナモと、
前記タワー内部に前記主軸に対して直角に配置され前記主軸の回転力を前記ダイナモへ伝達する回転垂直軸と、
前記ダイナモの負荷による反発トルクから誘導される前記ナセルアセンブリーの回転力を前記ダイナモの負荷による反発トルクを相殺する方向に 前記垂直軸に伝達する反発トルク相殺メカニズムと、を有する水平軸型の風力発電機。 - 前記反発トルク相殺メカニズムが、
前記垂直軸の下方に配置され、前記垂直軸に対して直角に結合される水平回転軸を回転自在に支持するケーシングと、
前記垂直軸に直角に配置され、前記ケーシングを回転自在に支持し、前記ダイナモの回転軸を回転自在に支持する下部支持部と、
前記ナセルアセンブリーの回転力を前記ケーシングに伝達する伝達ユニットと、を有する請求項1に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。 - 前記垂直軸に対して回転可能な前記水平回転軸の回転力を前記ダイナモの前記回転軸に伝達する運動変換メカニズムをさらに有する請求項2に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
- 前記運動変換メカニズムが、
前記水平回転軸の回転力を前記垂直軸の方向と直角に交差する直線往復運動に変換する第1変換部と、
前記直線往復運動を回転力に変換し、前記回転力を前記ダイナモの前記回転軸に伝達する第2変換部と、
前記第1及び第2変換部の間に係合され、前記垂直軸に対して回転するスラスト軸受アセンブリーと、を有する請求項3に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。 - 前記第1及び第2変換部の各々が、スコッチヨーク、 クランクとコンロッドの一対、円板カムとスライダーの一対、円形溝を有するカムとスライダーの一対、斜板カムとスライダーの一対のうちから選択されたいずれか一つを有する請求項4に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
- 前記運動変換メカニズムが、複数の前記第1変換部及び複数の前記第2変換部を有する請求項4に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
- 前記伝達ユニットが、前記ナセルアセンブリーの下部に取り付けられ、前記垂直軸の部分及び前記ケーシングの部分を取り囲んで、 前記ケーシングの下部に取り付けられた中空部を有する請求項2に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
- 前記伝達ユニットが、前記ナセルアセンブリーの下部及び前記ケーシングの下部と係合された相殺軸を有する含む請求項2に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
- 順風型風力発電機である請求項1に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
- 前記タワーの上部を取り囲んで前記ナセルアセンブリーの下部に取り付けられ、前記タワーに対して前記ローターと逆方向に偏心されるように位置づけられるタワーフードをさらに有する請求項9に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
- 順風型風力発電機である請求項1に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
- 逆風型風力発電機である請求項1に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
- アクティブヨーイングシステムをさらに含んでなる請求項12に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
- 前記タワーが設置される場所が、前記風力発電機が設置される地表面を含む請求項1に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
- 前記風力発電機が、海にある海上風力発電機であり、前記タワーが設置される場所は、前記海上風力発電機を支持するフローティングプラット-ホームの上部表面を含む請求項1に記載の水平軸型の風力発電機。
