Claims (15)
- シールハウジング(230)を有するステータ(220)と、
前記シールハウジング内に配設され、内周部に沿って摩耗性部分(225)を有する、シール(223)と、
前記シールの前記内周部内で回転するように構成され、前記摩耗性部分(225)内に研磨溝(227)を形成するように構成された、複数のロータ歯(215)を有するロータ(210)と、
前記ステータ(220)と前記シール(223)との間に配設され、前記シール(223)の軸方向移動を容易にするように構成された、第1のばね(240)と
を備える、遠心圧縮機用の封止システム(200)。 - 前記ロータ歯は、半径方向に配向される、請求項1記載の封止システム。
- 前記第1のばねは、前記圧縮機の始動時に前記シールハウジングの高圧側の方向に前記シールを軸方向に付勢する、請求項1記載の封止システム。
- 前記第1のばねは、前記圧縮機の前記始動時に拡張状態にある、請求項3記載の封止システム。
- 前記シールは、前記圧縮機の設計速度にて前記シールハウジングの低圧側の方向に移動するように構成される、請求項3記載の封止システム。
- 前記第1のばねは、前記圧縮機の設計速度にて圧縮状態にある、請求項5記載の封止システム。
- 前記シールハウジングの比較的低圧側と前記シールとの間に配置された二次シール
をさらに備える、請求項1記載の封止システム。 - 前記シールと前記シールハウジングとの間に位置し、前記シールの半径方向移動をもたらすように構成された、第2のばね
をさらに備える、請求項1記載の封止システム。 - 前記第2のばねは、前記圧縮機の作動中に拡張位置にある、請求項8記載の封止システム。
- 前記第2のばねは、前記シールと前記ロータとの間の半径方向距離を短縮するように構成される、請求項9記載の封止システム。
- 前記シールはインサートリングである、請求項1記載の封止システム。
- 前記インサートリングは、鋼から作製され、前記摩耗性部分は多孔性金属材料から作製される、請求項11記載の封止システム。
- 前記シールは、摩耗性材料から作製されたインサートリングである、請求項1記載の封止システム。
- 遠心圧縮機のステータシールハウジング(230)内に収容されたシール(223)とロータ(210)との間の漏流を低減するための方法であって、前記ロータ(210)は、前記シール(223)の内周部内で回転する、方法において、
ばね荷重(240)により前記シールハウジング(230)の高圧側の方向に前記シール(223)を付勢して、前記シール(223)と前記シールハウジング(230)との間に軸方向ギャップを形成するステップと、
前記圧縮機を始動させるステップと、
前記シール(223)の摩耗性部分(225)に半径方向研磨溝(227)を切削するステップと、
前記圧縮機の速度を上昇させるステップと、
前記シールハウジング(230)の低圧側の方向に前記シール(223)を移動させるステップと
を含む、方法。 - シールハウジング(230)を有するステータ(220)と、
前記シールハウジング(230)内に配設され、内周部に沿って摩耗性部分(225)を有する、シール(223)と、
前記シール(223)の前記内周部内で回転するように構成され、前記摩耗性部分(225)内に研磨溝(227)を形成するように構成された、複数のロータ歯(215)を有するロータ(210)と、
前記ステータ(220)と前記シール(223)との間に配設され、前記シール(223)の軸方向移動を容易にするように構成された、第1のばね(240)と、
前記シールハウジング(230)の比較的低圧側と前記シール(223)との間に配置された二次シール(370)と
