Abstract
【解決手段】環状流路を形成するケーシング6の内周面側に周方向に取付けられる静翼4と、前記ケーシングに支持されるとともに、前記環状流路の内径側の隔壁として前記静翼の径方向内側に配置されるインナーバレル7とを備え、前記静翼は前記インナーバレルと対向する位置のケーシング内周面に取付けられる外側シュラウド10と、翼部を内径側で支持する内側シュラウド11とを有し、前記内周シュラウドは該内周シュラウドと対向するインナーバレルの外周面に形成された環状溝内に配置される圧縮機において、外側シュラウド10,内側シュラウド11及び翼部9により構成される前記静翼を一体削り出しにより形成する。

Claims (3)
- 環状流路を形成するケーシングの内周面側に周方向に取付けられる静翼と、前記ケーシングに支持されるとともに、前記環状流路の内径側の隔壁として前記静翼の径方向内側に配置されるインナーバレルとを備え、
前記静翼は前記インナーバレルと対向する位置のケーシング内周面に取付けられる外周シュラウドと、翼部を内径側で支持する内側シュラウドとを有し、前記内周シュラウドは該内周シュラウドと対向するインナーバレルの外周面に周方向に形成された溝部の空間内に配置される圧縮機において、
外側シュラウド,内側シュラウド及び翼部により構成される前記静翼を一体削り出しにより形成したことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項1に記載の圧縮機において、
周方向に隣接する複数枚の静翼を静翼環セグメントとして一体形成し、該静翼環セグメントを前記ケーシングの周方向に複数取付けてリング状の静翼環を形成したことを特徴とする圧縮機。 - 請求項2に記載の圧縮機において、
前記静翼環を軸方向に複数段連続して配置することを特徴とする圧縮機。
