Claims (10)
- エンジン(10);

背圧弁(44)を第1の条件下で第1の速度で起動させ、かつ背圧弁(44)を第2の条件下で第1の速度よりも速い第2の速度で起動させるように構成された制御装置(71)
を含むパワー系統(1)。 - 制御装置(71)が、背圧弁(44)を、背圧弁がもはや必要なくなった後、第1の速度で起動させ、かつ背圧弁(44)がエンジン(10)に要求されるパワーを抑制すると、第2の速度で起動させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項1に記載のパワー系統(1)。
- パティキュレートフィルタ(54)をさらに含むパワー系統(1)であって、背圧弁(44)が、パティキュレートフィルタ(54)を再生させるように構成され、かつ、パティキュレートフィルタ(54)の再生がもはや必要でなくなったら、もはや必要ではない、請求項1または2に記載のパワー系統(1)。
- 制御装置(71)が、パティキュレートフィルタ(54)を再生するために背圧弁(44)を閉成し、かつパティキュレートフィルタ(54)中の煤の量が閾値未満に落ち込むと、背圧弁(44)を第1の速度で開放し、およびエンジン(10)にかかる負荷が増大すると、背圧弁(44)を第2の速度で開放するようにさらに構成されている、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のパワー系統(1)。
- 制御装置(71)が、背圧弁(44)を第1の速度で1秒超起動させ、かつ背圧弁(44)を第2の速度で1秒未満起動させるようにさらに構成されている、請求項4に記載のパワー系統(1)。
- パワー系統(1)を制御する方法であって、
パワー系統(1)を第1の動作モード(101)で動作させること;
パワー系統(1)を第2の動作モード(102)で動作させて、パティキュレートフィルタ(54)の再生を支援すること;
パティキュレートフィルタ(54)中の煤の量が閾値(106)未満に落ち込むことに応答して、パワー系統(1)を第2の動作モード(102)から第1の動作モード(101)へ第1の期間にわたって移行させること;および
パワー系統(1)にかかる負荷が閾値の量(105)を超えて増大することに応答して、パワー系統(1)を第2の動作モード(102)から第1の動作モード(101)へ、第1の期間よりも短い第2の期間にわたって移行させること
を含む方法。 - 第2の動作モード(102)は、再生バルブ(44、36)を閉成することを含み、再生バルブ(44、36)は、パティキュレートフィルタ中の煤の量が閾値(106)未満に落ち込むことに応答して、1秒超の期間にわたって開放し、かつパワー系統(1)にかかる負荷が閾値の量(105)を超えて増大することに応答して、1秒未満の期間にわたって開放する、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 再生バルブ(44、36)が、排気管(52)に配置された背圧弁(44)である、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 背圧弁(44)が、パティキュレートフィルタ中の煤の量が閾値(106)未満に落ち込むことに応答して、1秒超の期間にわたって開放し、かつパワー系統(1)にかかる負荷が閾値の量(105)を超えて増大することに応答して、1秒未満の期間にわたって開放する、請求項8に記載の方法。
- パワー系統(1)が、パティキュレートフィルタ中の煤の量が閾値(106)を超え、かつパワー系統にかかる負荷が現在のエンジン回転数に対する閾値の量(105)を下回った後、第2の動作モード(102)下で動作する、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
