Claims (11)
- 互いに離隔された両面性の複数の光起電性セル(2)又は前記セルの列によって形成される光起電性モジュール(1)用の反射素子であって、前記セル(2)の各々が、前面(20)及び後面(21)に向かう入射光線からの光子を捕えることができる能動前面(20)及び能動後面(21)を有する反射素子において、
隣接する2つのセル(2)又は隣接するセルの2つの列を分離する間隙(22)に実質的に沿った前記セル(2)の下に配置される少なくとも1つの反射性モジュール(4)を備え、
前記反射性モジュール(4)が、
−前記間隙(22)に面する表面が、前記入射光子の全部又は一部を前記セル(2)の後面(21)に向けて送ることができるような第1の湾曲を有する第1の部分(41)と、

- 前記反射性モジュール(4)の第1の部分(41)が付けられる支持体(5)をさらに備え、前記支持体(5)が、反射性モジュール(4)がない少なくとも1つの自由領域(50)を有し、前記自由領域(50)が、前記セル(2)の後面(21)に向けて及び/又は前記反射性モジュール(4)の少なくとも1つに向けて、前記入射光子の全部又は一部を送ることができる反射又は半反射材料で被覆される、請求項1から4の何れか一項に記載の光起電性モジュール(1)用の反射素子。
- 前記反射性モジュールの支持体(5)と、前記セル(2)の後面(21)に付けられる中間プレート(6)との間に挿入される少なくとも1つのスペーサ(7)をさらに備え、前記中間プレート(6)が、入射光線に対して透過性の材料で作られ、前記スペーサ(7)が、前記入射光線に対して反射する材料で被覆される、請求項1から5の何れか一項に記載の光起電性モジュール(1)用の反射素子。
- 前記反射性モジュール(4)が、光起電性セル(2)の隣接する2つの列(2a、2b)を分離する間隙に沿って配置される部分の形態である、請求項1から6の何れか一項に記載の光起電性モジュール(1)用の反射素子。
