Claims (11)
- ガスをガス供給チャンバ(16)内に供給するための中心ガス吸込ポート(14)を有する支持体(12)を備えているガスバーナ(10)、好ましくは、予混合バーナであって、
前記ガス供給チャンバ(16)が有孔金属板(22)によって囲まれており、
前記有孔金属板(22)では、その底が基部を介して前記支持体(12)に接続されており、
前記有孔金属板(22)の孔(24)がバーナデッキ(20)をもたらし、
前記バーナデッキ(20)が11%以下の全多孔率を有している、ガスバーナ。 - 前記ガス吸込ポート(14)と実質的に対向するエンドキャップ(18)をさらに備え、
前記エンドキャップ(18)が前記有孔金属板(22)に接続されている、請求項1に記載のガスバーナ(10)。 - 前記エンドキャップ(18)もまた孔(30)を備えており、これによって、前記孔(30)が、前記バーナデッキ(20)を拡大することになる、請求項2に記載のガスバーナ。
- 前記バーナデッキの50%を超える部分が9%以下の多孔率を有しており、

- 前記バーナデッキが徐々に変化する多孔率を有している、請求項5に記載のガスバーナ。
- 前記バーナデッキ(20)が実質的に完全にランダムな多孔率を有している、請求項5に記載のガスバーナ。
- 熱交換器内における請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガスバーナの使用方法。
- 炉又は空気加熱器内における請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のガスバーナの使用方法。
- ガスをガス供給チャンバ(16)内に供給するための中心ガス吸込ポート(14)を有する支持体(12)を備えているガスバーナ(10)、好ましくは、予混合バーナであって、
