Description

本発明の一実施形態によれば、第1のスラリーを加熱するステップは、硫酸の添加を全く含まない。しかし、本方法は、第1のスラリーを転換するステップ中に、上記第1のスラリーへの硫酸を添加してもよい。しかし、硫酸の添加量は、第2のスラリーをろ過した後の生成リン酸が、2重量%未満、好ましくは0.05〜1.5重量%程度、特に、0.05〜1重量%未満程度の遊離SO含量を含有するように厳密に計量すべきである。硫酸により、上記生成リン酸が、リン酸としての使用に適さなくなり、硫酸除去ステップが必要にならないように、リン酸を硫酸によって汚染しないようにこの含量を超えないことが重要である。

  1. 第1のスラリーを転換するステップ中に、硫酸の第1のスラリーへの導入を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1及び2のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
