Claims (16)
- 溶融金属収容構造体であって:
外表面を有する溶融金属収容耐火性容器;および
金属ケーシングであって、容器とケーシングとの間の空間を形成している距離を置いて容器の外表面を少なくとも部分的に取り囲んでいる内表面を有する、容器のための金属ケーシング;
を含み、
空間が、ケーシングの上および下開口により構造体の外に換気されており上方に延在している非閉塞隙間を含む、溶融金属収容構造体。 - 断熱材料層が、ケーシングの内表面と容器の外表面との間の空間内に配置されており、前記断熱材料層が、ケーシングの少なくとも上方に延在している側面における空間よりも狭く、従って空間内に前記非閉塞隙間を形成している、請求項1に記載の構造体。
- 非閉塞隙間が、前記断熱材料層と金属ケーシングの内表面との間に形成されている、請求項2に記載の構造体。
- 非閉塞隙間が、前記断熱材料層と耐火性容器の外表面との間に形成されている、請求項2に記載の構造体。
- 前記非閉塞隙間が、断熱材料層の一方の面に形成されており、第2隙間が、断熱材料層の他方の面に形成されている、請求項2に記載の構造体。
- 第2非閉塞隙間が、外気を、第2非閉塞隙間に入れおよび上方に流すことを可能にするように配置されているケーシング内の下および上開口と通じている、請求項5に記載の構造体。
- ケーシングの底に隣接した前記断熱材料層が、空間よりも狭く、従って、前記非閉塞隙間が、ケーシングの前記底に沿っておよびケーシングの前記上方に延在している側面において延在している、請求項2に記載の構造体。
- ケーシングが、底壁、側壁および頂を有しており、ケーシング内の前記上および下開口が、ケーシングの頂および底壁に形成されているまたは該頂および該底壁に隣接して形成されている、請求項1に記載の構造体。
- 金属ケーシングが、ケーシングの側面および底を形成している別々の金属プレートを含んでおり、前記プレートが、前記底壁とそれぞれの前記側壁との間にあって前記下開口を形成している流路を形成するように配置されている、請求項8に記載の構造体。

- 前記耐火性容器が、トラフの一方の長手方向末端から反対側の長手方向末端に延在している細長い流路を有する細長い溶融金属搬送トラフである、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。
- 容器が、金属フィルターを含んでおり溶融金属を搬送するための流路を有する、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。
- 容器が、溶融金属を収容するための内容積部を有しており、少なくとも1つの金属脱ガス羽根車が、内容積部内に延在している、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。
- 容器が、溶融金属を収容するのに適している内容積部を有するルツボである、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の構造体。
