Claims (10)
- ポンプを取り付けるためのフランジ区分(2)が加工成形されているポンプケーシング(1)と、組込み式の圧力制限弁(28)とを備えたスクリュースピンドルポンプであって、前記圧力制限弁(28)が、前記ポンプケーシング(1)のフランジ区分(2)において、当該ポンプケーシング(1)に組み込まれていることを特徴とする、スクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記ポンプケーシング(1)のフランジ区分(2)に吐出室(6)が加工成形されており、前記圧力制限弁(28)が、前記吐出室(6)と直接に流体接続されている、請求項1記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記吐出室(6)内の過剰圧力を流体タンク内へ放出するために、前記圧力制限弁(28)が前記流体タンクに接続されている、請求項1又は2記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記ポンプケーシング(1)が、少なくとも2つの別個のケーシング部材、即ちフランジ区分(2)とスピンドルケーシング区分(4)とから成っており、これらのフランジ区分(2)とスピンドルケーシング区分(4)とが互いにねじ締結、かしめ締結又はリベット締結されている、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 少なくとも1つのスピンドル(20)が設けられており、該スピンドル(20)のスピンドルシャフト(18)が、前記フランジ区分(2)に設けられた吐出室(6)を貫通して案内されており、当該スピンドル(20)のらせん区分(26)が、前記スピンドルケーシング区分(4)に形成されたスピンドル室(10)に突入している、請求項4記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記圧力制限弁(28)が、前記スピンドル(20)に対して実質的に平行に向けられており、且つ前記スピンドルシャフト(18)に対して同軸的に、ほぼ該スピンドルシャフト(18)の高さで前記フランジ区分(2)に挿入されている、請求項4記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記スピンドルシャフト(18)にシール区分(24)が加工成形されており、該シール区分(24)は、前記吐出室(6)への入口において前記フランジ区分(2)とシール・滑り係合状態にあり、これにより、前記吐出室(6)を大気に対してシールするようになっている、請求項5又は6記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記吐出室(6)は、前記スピンドル(20)に対して離心するように加工成形されており、前記圧力制限弁(28)は、前記吐出室(6)の、スピンドル(20)に対して半径方向に大きく変位された区分(6a)に開口するようになっている、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記ポンプケーシング(1)のフランジ区分(2)に加工成形されており且つ前記吐出室(6)をリングディスク状に取り囲むフランジプレート(29)が設けられている、請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
- 前記圧力制限弁(28)が、前記フランジプレート(29)と前記スピンドルケーシング区分(4)との間の領域で、前記フランジ区分(2)のケーシング壁内に組み込まれている、請求項9記載のスクリュースピンドルポンプ。
