Claims (18)
- 支持基板と、
前記支持基板の上面に配置される太陽電池セルと、
前記太陽電池セルと連結され、前記支持基板の上面及び前記支持基板の側面に配置される回路基板と、
を含むことを特徴とする、太陽光発電装置。 - 前記太陽電池セルの上面と直接接触し、前記回路基板に連結されるバスバーを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記回路基板は、
前記バスバーと接続される連結配線と、
前記支持基板に接着される接着層と、
前記連結配線及び前記接着層を覆う保護層と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記連結配線の厚さは30μm乃至50μmであり、前記連結配線の幅は2mm乃至5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記バスバー及び前記連結配線と直接接触するソルダペーストを含むことを特徴とする、請求項3に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記回路基板はフレキシブルであることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記支持基板の下面に配置されるジャンクションボックスを含み、
前記回路基板は前記ジャンクションボックスの内に延びることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記回路基板は前記太陽電池セルに直接連結されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記回路基板は、
前記太陽電池セルに直接連結される接続配線と、
前記接続配線を覆う絶縁層と、
前記支持基板に接着される接着層と、
を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記回路基板は、前記接続配線と共に前記絶縁層をサンドイッチし、前記絶縁層に形成されたビアホールを通じて前記接続配線と連結される連結配線を含むことを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記接続配線の厚さは30μm乃至50μmであり、前記接続配線の幅は2mm乃至5mmであることを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記回路基板に設置されるダイオードを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 支持基板と、
前記支持基板の上に配置される第1太陽電池セルと、
前記第1太陽電池セルと離隔して配置される第2太陽電池セルと、
前記第1太陽電池セル及び前記第2太陽電池セルの間に配置される多数個の第3太陽電池セルと、
前記第1太陽電池セルに接続され、前記支持基板の第1側面に延びる第1回路基板と、
前記第2太陽電池セルに接続され、前記支持基板の第2側面に延びる第2回路基板と、
を含むことを特徴とする、太陽光発電装置。 - 前記第1側面及び前記第2側面は互いに対向することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の太陽光発電装置。
- 前記第1回路基板は、前記第1太陽電池セルと同一な方向に延びる接続配線を含み、
前記接続配線は、前記第1太陽電池セルに直接接触することを特徴とする、請求項13に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 前記第1回路基板は、
前記接続配線と連結される連結配線と、
前記接続配線及び前記連結配線の間に介される絶縁層を含み、
前記連結配線は、前記第1側面を経て前記支持基板の下面まで延びることを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の太陽光発電装置。 - 支持基板と、
前記支持基板の上に配置される第1太陽電池セルと、
前記支持基板の上に配置される第2太陽電池セルと、
前記第1太陽電池セル及び前記第2太陽電池セルに接続される回路基板と、を含み、
前記回路基板は、
前記第1太陽電池セルの上面に接続される第1接続部と、
前記第2太陽電池セルの上面に接続される第2接続部と、
前記第1接続部及び前記第2接続部と一体形成され、前記支持基板の側面に延びる延長部と、
を含むことを特徴とする、太陽光発電装置。 - 前記第1接続部は、前記第1太陽電池セルに接触する第1接続配線を含み、
前記第2接続部は、前記第2太陽電池セルに接触する第2接続配線を含み、
前記連長部は、前記第1接続配線に連結される第1連結配線及び前記第2接続配線に連結される第2連結配線を含むことを特徴とする、請求項17に記載の太陽光発電装置。
