Claims (12)
- 医療技術に用いられる蠕動ポンプ(1)であって、
ステータ(40)およびロータ(20)を備え、
前記ステータ(40)は、内部に収容されたチューブ(30)との接触領域を形成する閉塞台(12)を備え、
ロータ(20)には、前記閉塞台(12)との間に位置するチューブ(30)を閉塞するのに適した複数の転動子(24)が設けられており、
前記閉塞台(12)の少なくとも一部は、前記チューブ(30)の帯電を低減および/または防止するための導電性の表面を有することを特徴とする、蠕動ポンプ。 - 前記導電性の表面(12)は、とりわけ接地電位と接続される等電位化部分を有することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の蠕動ポンプ。
- 前記等電位化部分と前記導電性の表面(12)との間に電気抵抗(R)が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の蠕動ポンプ。
- 前記転動子(24)は導電性の表面を有し、当該表面は前記閉塞台(12)の導電性表面と導通接触していることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の蠕動ポンプ。
- 前記閉塞台(12)の全体が、連続した導電性表面を有していることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の蠕動ポンプ。
- 前記閉塞台(12)は、内方を向く円筒形の表面を有しており、前記転動子(24)はローラである、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の蠕動ポンプ。
- 前記閉塞台(12)の外殻は、1または2箇所に開口(18)を有しており、当該開口(18)は前記チューブ(30)のポンプへの入口または出口とされることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の蠕動ポンプ。
- 前記ステータ(40)は、非導電性プラスチックから射出成型プロセスにより製造され、前記導電性表面は、成形された金属製のインサート(10)または成形された金属箔の表面であることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の蠕動ポンプ。
- 前記インサート(10)は、フランジ(14)を備えた略円筒形状を呈し、当該フランジ(14)は、当該円筒形状の全周にわたって形成されて径方向内側を向いていることを特徴とする、請求項8に記載の蠕動ポンプ。
- 前記導電性表面は、射出成型部に施された局所的な導電性コーティングにより形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の蠕動ポンプ。
- 対外血液治療用の医療装置、とりわけ透析および/または輸液用の装置であって、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の蠕動ポンプを備えることを特徴とする、医療装置。
- ユーザに対向する操作・機能要素が設けられたフロントパネルを備え、
前記フロントパネルは射出成型部として形成され、前記閉塞台(12)を備える蠕動ポンプ(1)は当該フロントパネルと一体部品とされていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の医療装置。
