Abstract
Description
本発明は、請求項1の上位概念部に記載の形式の内燃機関のガス案内通路内に配置された作動機構、特に排ガス式ターボチャージャ内に配置されたバイパスフラップに用いられる作動装置に関する。
請求項1の特徴部に記載の特徴を備えた本発明による作動装置は、大きな変速比レンジを有する多段式の伝動装置の伝動装置段のうちの少なくとも1つの伝動装置段でエボロイド歯部(Evoloidverzahnung)を使用することによって、所望の最大変速比を維持しながら、必要となる伝動装置段の数を減じることができるという利点が得られる。伝動装置段の個数の減少によって、かつエボロイド歯部を備えた互いに噛み合う伝動装置歯車同士の小さな間隔によって、伝動装置のコンパクトな構造形態が得られる。エボロイド歯部により、大きな変速比を実現することができる。この場合、エボロイド歯部を備えた伝動装置歯車は、大きな歯元強度を有していて、これにより、伝動装置の頑丈さに寄与する。
Claims (8)
- 内燃機関のガス案内通路内に配置された作動機構(23)、特に排ガス式ターボチャージャ(10)内に配置されたバイパスフラップ(24)に用いられる作動装置であって、電気的な作動モータ(32)と、作動機構(23)に連結された作動軸(34)と、作動モータ(32)と作動軸(34)との間に配置された多段式の伝動装置(33)とが設けられている形式の作動装置において、伝動装置段うちの少なくとも1つの伝動装置段(35)内で、2つの伝動装置歯車が、エボロイド歯部を介して噛み合っていることを特徴とする、内燃機関のガス案内通路内に配置された作動機構に用いられる作動装置。
- 前記伝動装置歯車の一方の伝動装置歯車が、作動モータ(32)の被駆動軸(36)上に相対回動不能に装着された、エボロイド歯部(371)を備えたピニオン(37)であり、他方の伝動装置歯車が、歯車軸線に対して傾斜させられたエボロイド歯部(381)を備える、回転可能に支承された円筒歯車(38)である、請求項1記載の作動装置。
- 前記ピニオン(37)のエボロイド歯部(371)の数は、最大で3つである、請求項2記載の作動装置。
- エボロイド歯部を有する伝動装置段が、作動モータ(32)の作動軸(34)により駆動される入力伝動装置段(35)を形成している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の作動装置。
- 伝動装置(33)が、非線形の別の伝動装置段を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の作動装置。
- 前記非線形の伝動装置段が、作動軸(34)を駆動する出力伝動装置段(40)を形成している、請求項5記載の作動装置。
- 作動機構(23)と作動軸(34)との連結が、レバー機構(25)を介して実施されている、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の作動装置。
- 基体(311)と、該基体(311)を閉鎖するカバー(312)とを有する2つの部分から成る作動装置ケーシング(31)が設けられており、伝動装置(33)が、基体(311)内に、該基体(311)から作動軸(34)を突出させた状態で収容されていて、作動モータ(32)が、カバー(312)に一体に成形された筒部(312a)内に、該筒部(312a)から被駆動軸(36)を突出させた状態で収容されている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の作動装置。
