ポリプロピレングリコール12000(OH価=9.7)326g(28mmol)を、500mlの三つ口フラスコ中、80℃、真空下で乾燥させ、窒素雰囲気下、80℃で、ビスマス(III)オクタノエート(BorchiKat 24)0.07gを添加し、次いで、イソシアナトメチルジメトキシシラン(%NCO=24.9)11.4g(68mmol)を混合する。80℃で1時間撹拌した後、得られたポリマーを冷却し、ビニルトリメトキシシラン7.0gおよび70重量%のビス(1,2,2,6,6,-ペンタメチル-4-ピペリジル)セバケートと30重量%のメチル-1,2,2,6,6-ペンタメチル-4-ピペリジルセバケート(Tinuvin 765)との混合物5.3gを添加した。一般手順に従って硬化性組成物中でさらなる加工を行う前に、生成物を水分を通さない窒素雰囲気下でガラス容器中に貯蔵する。
Claims (10)
- a)少なくとも1つの加水分解性シラン基を有する少なくとも1種のポリオキシアルキレンおよび/またはポリ(メタ)アクリレートプレポリマー、
b)少なくとも1種のフィラーまたは顔料、
c)補助剤および添加剤
を含有する一成分系湿分硬化型貼合わせ用接着剤であって、
該プレポリマーは4000〜40000g/molの分子量を有し、該接着剤は2000〜100000mPasの粘性を有する、接着剤。 - プレポリマーは、多分散性(MW/MN)D<3を有する、請求項1または2に記載の一成分系接着剤。
- 接着剤は重金属触媒を含まない、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の一成分系接着剤。
- プレポリマーを、ポリエーテルポリオールまたはポリ(メタ)アクリレートポリオールから、OH基と過剰のジイソシアネートとを反応させ、任意に過剰の単量体ジイソシアネートを除去し、反応生成物と、NCO基と反応性の基および加水分解性シラン基を含有する化合物とを反応させることにより製造するか、または、ポリエーテルポリオールまたはポリ(メタ)アクリレートポリオールと、反応性シラン基を有するイソシアナトシランとを反応させて製造するか、または、不飽和基を有するポリエーテルまたはポリ(メタ)アクリレートから、それらのポリマー類似反応による合成の際に、反応性シラン基を末端に反応させて製造する、それぞれの場合において式(I)で示される反応性シラン基を含有させる、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の一成分系接着剤。
- アミノシランまたはヒドロキシシラン、特に第2級アミノ基を有するシランを、反応性基を有する化合物として使用する、請求項5に記載の一成分系接着剤。
- ジイソシアネートとして、異なる反応性NCO基を有するイソシアネート、特に芳香族イソシアネート、好ましくは非直鎖状イソシアネートを使用する、請求項5または6に記載の一成分系接着剤。
- フィラーとして、特に100m2/g未満の表面積(BET)を有する、微細分割形状のSiO2を使用する、請求項1に記載の一成分系接着剤。
- 金属、紙、厚紙、プラスチックおよび/またはコートまたは印刷した表面を有する接着結合性軟質基材用の、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の接着剤の使用。
- 多層フィルムを製造するための貼合わせ用接着剤としての、請求項9に記載の接着剤の使用。
