Claims (7)
- 外容器と内容器とを有しており、両者間に、超断熱体が収容される真空排気空隙が存在しており、また前記超断熱体が、金属被覆(2,2*)が施された複数のフィルム(1a,1b,1c)から成る多層構造を有しており、各フィルム(1a,1b,1c)が、好適には絶縁材(3)の形態をとるスペーサにより互いに分けられている、極低温流体用容器の使用方法であって、
前記各フィルム(1a,1b,1c)が一つまたは複数のフィルムコンデンサ(C1,C2,C3)として作用するとともに、それに適する形で、前記容器の外側に配置される対応する電気端子(+,−)に電圧を印加可能であるように電気接触されることによる、電気エネルギ用の貯蔵装置としての使用方法。 - 外容器と内容器とを有しており、両者間に、超断熱体が収容される真空排気空隙が存在しており、また前記超断熱体が、金属被覆(2,2*)が施された複数のフィルム(1a,1b,1c)から成る多層構造を有しており、各フィルム(1a,1b,1c)が、好適には絶縁材(3)の形態をとるスペーサにより互いから分けられている、極低温流体用の容器において、
前記各フィルム(1a,1b,1c)が一つまたは複数のフィルムコンデンサ(C1,C2,C3)として作用可能であるとともに、それに適する形で、前記容器の外側に配置される対応する電気端子(+,−)に電圧を印加可能であるように電気接触されることを特徴とする、容器。 - 前記一つまたは複数のフィルム(1a,1b,1c)の両面または両側の表面に金属被覆(2,2*)が施されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の容器。
- 前記一つまたは複数のフィルム(1a,1b,1c)が半導体の特性を示す材料から構成されることを特徴とする、請求項2または3に記載の容器。
- 複数のフィルム(1a,1b,1c)またはフィルムコンデンサ(C1,C2,C3)が、電気的に直列に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 複数のフィルム(1a,1b,1c)またはフィルムコンデンサ(C1,C2,C3)が、電気的に並列に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
- 前記各フィルム(1a,1b,1c)の金属被覆(2,2*)の電気接触部が、前記外容器の内部への前記内容器の懸架構造を利用して取り廻されることを特徴とする、請求項2〜6のいずれか一項に記載の容器。
