Claims (15)
- 音量を調節する方法であって、
1つ以上のスピーカーの位置を識別するステップと、
視聴者の位置を追跡するステップと、
前記1つ以上のスピーカーそれぞれに関してそのスピーカーと前記視聴者との間の変化する距離を評価するステップと、
そのスピーカーと前記視聴者との間の現在の距離に基づいてリアルタイムにそのスピーカーの音量を自動的に調整するステップと、を含む方法。 - 視聴者の位置を追跡するステップが、立体視カメラから取得される深度画像の中の前記視聴者を認識するステップを含む請求項1記載の方法。
- そのスピーカーと前記視聴者との間の前記変化する距離を評価するステップが、異なる2つ以上の時間に、そのスピーカーの前記位置と前記視聴者の前記位置との間の距離を算出するステップを含む請求項1記載の方法。
- そのスピーカーの音量を自動的に調整するステップが、音声の出力レベルを前記現在の距離の関数として調整するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- そのスピーカーの音量を自動的に調整するステップが、音声の出力レベルを前記現在の距離の関数として指数関数的に調整するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- そのスピーカーの音量を自動的に調整するステップが、音声の出力レベルを前記現在の距離の関数として線形的に調整するステップを含むことを特徴とする請求項4記載の方法。
- 1つ以上のスピーカーの位置を識別するステップが、スピーカーそれぞれに関し、
そのスピーカーにテストサウンドを発生させるように構成された音声信号を発するステップと、
複数の深度画像の中の動いているマイクロフォンの位置を追跡するステップと、
そのスピーカーの知覚される音量を前記動いているマイクロフォンの前記位置と相互に関連付けるステップと、を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。 - 音声信号をスピーカー又はアンプへ送信するように構成される音声出力と、
深度画像を構成するために利用可能な深度情報をキャプチャするように構成される立体視カメラと、
前記音声出力及び前記立体視カメラと作動可能に接続された論理サブシステムと、
データ保持サブシステムと、
を含んでいて、前記保持サブシステムが、
前記論理サブシステムによって、
前記深度画像の中の視聴者を認識し、
前記視聴者の3次元上の位置を識別し、
前記視聴者の3次元上の位置と前記スピーカーの3次元上の位置との間の距離を評価し、
前記視聴者の前記3次元上の位置と前記スピーカーの前記3次元上の位置との間の前記距離に基づいて前記音声信号のレベルを自動的に設定することを実行可能な命令を保持していること、を特徴とする計算システム。 - 前記音声出力が、サラウンド音響の複数の音声出力の1つであって、サラウンド音響の音声出力それぞれが、異なるサラウンド音響のスピーカーへ音声信号を送信するように構成されることを特徴とする請求項8記載の計算システム。
- 前記データ保持サブシステムが、そのスピーカーの前記3次元上の位置と前記視聴者の前記3次元上の位置との間の前記距離の指数関数として、前記音声信号の前記レベルを自動的に設定するための、前記論理サブシステムによって実行可能な命令を保持することを特徴とする請求項8記載の計算システム。
- 前記データ保持サブシステムが、そのスピーカーの前記3次元上の位置と前記視聴者の前記3次元上の位置との間の前記距離の一次関数として、前記音声信号の前記レベルを自動的に設定するための、前記論理サブシステムによって実行可能な命令を保持することを特徴とする請求項8記載の計算システム。
- 更に、マイクロフォンを含んでいて、前記データ保持サブシステムが、前記スピーカーにテストサウンドを発生させ、前記立体視カメラからの複数の深度画像の中の前記マイクロフォンの位置を追跡し、前記スピーカーの知覚された音量を前記マイクロフォンの前記位置と相互に関連付けるように構成される音声信号を発することを前記音声出力にもたらす、前記論理サブシステムによって実行可能な命令を保持していることを特徴とする請求項8記載の計算システム。
- 前記立体視カメラが、飛行時間型立体視カメラを含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の計算システム。
- 前記立体視カメラが、構造化光型立体視カメラを含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の計算システム。
- 前記立体視カメラが、ステレオ立体視カメラを含むことを特徴とする請求項8記載の計算システム。
