Description
The present invention relates to an injection material recovery apparatus for efficiently recovering an injection material and a blast processing apparatus provided with the injection material recovery apparatus in blast processing for injecting an injection material onto a workpiece.
Conventionally, the blasting technology has been used in the field of surface processing such as deburring, surface roughening, hot water erasing of cast products, and fine processing such as etching. Generally used blasting equipment collects the sprayed material after blasting the work piece, unusable spray material, dust generated from the work piece by blasting, etc. After being classified, it can be reused. For example, Patent Document 1 has a configuration in which a funnel-shaped recovery unit is provided at the bottom of a blasting chamber for blasting a workpiece, and the abrasive that has fallen on the recovery unit is collected by suction and classified by a cyclone. Blasting equipment is disclosed
However, in the blasting apparatus having the above-described configuration, the spray material is scattered over the entire blast chamber having a large volume and adheres to the blast chamber wall surface, the conveyance path, and the like, so that efficient recovery is difficult. In particular, when the propellant is a fine powder of several μm or less, it easily adheres to the blast chamber wall surface, the conveyance path, and the like, and is further difficult to recover. In addition, in order to suck the injection material in the blast chamber having a large volume due to the negative pressure of the classifier, a high suction capacity (suction negative pressure and suction air volume) is required for equipment that generates a suction force such as a classifier. There has been a problem that classification and recovery paths in the blast processing apparatus are enlarged.
Therefore, the present invention can reduce the size of the blasting apparatus by reducing the size of the equipment that can efficiently collect the injection material and that generates the suction force required to recover the injection material, such as a classifier. It is an object of the present invention to realize an injection material recovery device that can be made into a blasting device, a blast processing device including the injection material recovery device, and a blast processing method.
In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, as in the first aspect of the present invention, the blast processing spray nozzle is attached to the blast processing spray nozzle and sprayed onto the workpiece from the blast processing spray nozzle and blast processing. An injection material recovery device for sucking and recovering generated dust, wherein the device is formed in a box shape having an opening that covers the injection port of the blast processing injection nozzle, and is formed between an opening end and a processing surface of a workpiece. A scattering prevention cover configured to provide a gap capable of sucking outside air and preventing scattering of the spray material and dust, and a suction member provided in the scattering prevention cover using the outside air introduced from the gap as a transfer medium And a suction device that sucks and exhausts the spray material and dust in the scattering prevention cover to the outside.
According to the first aspect of the present invention, the scattering prevention cover prevents the spray material and dust from scattering, and the suction device provides the opening end portion of the scattering prevention cover via the suction member provided on the scattering prevention cover. Since the outside air introduced from the gap provided between the workpiece surface and the workpiece surface is used as a transfer medium, it is sucked and exhausted in the immediate vicinity of the workpiece, so that only a small volume inside the scattering prevention cover needs to be sucked and injected. Material and dust can be collected efficiently. Moreover, since it is possible to prevent the spray material and dust from adhering to the conveyance mechanism of the workpiece, there is no possibility that the workpiece is damaged during conveyance. In addition, since there is a gap that can suck outside air between the open end and the work surface of the work piece, when moving the nozzle or work piece during blasting, or when transporting the work piece There is no risk of scratching the workpiece.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, in the spray material recovery apparatus, the suction member is provided at an upper end portion of the scattering prevention cover, and an auxiliary member provided on a side surface of the scattering prevention cover on the side where the suction member is provided. The technical means of providing a suction member is used.
According to the second aspect of the present invention, the auxiliary suction member provided on the side surface generates an air flow in the direction of the suction member in the scattering prevention cover, so that the injection material can be efficiently collected. In addition, the upper end part here shows that it has approached the end surface (periphery part direction) from the center in the upper part (ceiling part) of a scattering prevention cover.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the spray material recovery apparatus, the inner surface of the scattering prevention cover near the opening end is formed as a surface facing the opening end from the inside of the scattering prevention cover to the outside. Further, a technical means that a guide part for guiding the introduction of outside air from the gap is provided.
According to the third aspect of the present invention, since the guide portion for guiding the introduction of the outside air from the gap is formed on the inner surface in the vicinity of the opening end portion of the anti-scattering cover, the opening end portion and the workpiece Outside air can be smoothly introduced into the inside of the anti-scattering cover from the gap formed between the workpiece surface. This eliminates the area where the separation vortex is generated in the vicinity of the opening end of the anti-scattering cover, thereby increasing the airflow resistance (pressure loss) when inhaling the outside air in the gap and the retention of the injection material and dust. Therefore, the spray material and dust can be efficiently removed by suction.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, in the spray material recovery apparatus, the technical means that the spray nozzle for blasting is formed in a rectangular shape is used.
According to the invention described in claim 4, since the blasting injection nozzle in which the injection port is formed in a rectangular shape can be widened, it is possible to efficiently blast a wide region. . However, since this processing method increases the injection amount of the spray material, the conventional spray material recovery method cannot sufficiently recover the spray material. According to the present invention, since the spray material and dust can be efficiently removed by suction, the present invention can be suitably used when such a blast processing spray nozzle is used.
According to a fifth aspect of the present invention, the technical means that the blast processing spray nozzle is a gravity spray type is used in the spray material recovery apparatus.
According to the invention described in claim 5, the blasting nozzle is a gravity injection type, that is, a method in which an injection material is supplied and injected by a negative pressure generated inside the nozzle by compressed air supplied inside the nozzle. In a direct pressure injection type, that is, a method of supplying and injecting an injection material to a blasting nozzle by pressurizing the pressure tank after supplying the injection material to the pressure tank, A large incidental facility is not required, and the blasting apparatus can be downsized.
According to a sixth aspect of the present invention, in the injection material recovery apparatus, the blast processing injection nozzle is disposed so as to be inclined with respect to a processing surface of the workpiece, and the suction member is disposed on the processing surface of the workpiece. The technical means is characterized in that the nozzle is provided in a direction opposite to the inclination direction of the nozzle toward the injection position of the injection material.
According to the invention described in claim 6, by arranging the nozzle so as to be inclined with respect to the processing surface of the workpiece, the injection material and dust are easily scattered in the direction opposite to the inclination direction of the nozzle. Since the suction member is arranged in the direction in which the dust is scattered, the spray material and the dust can be efficiently removed by suction. Further, as described in claim 7, the suction member may be provided to be inclined in a direction opposite to the inclination direction of the blasting injection nozzle toward the injection position of the injection material on the processing surface of the workpiece. Good.
In the invention according to claim 8, in the spray material recovery apparatus, a technical means is used in which an installation angle of the blast processing spray nozzle is 30 to 75 ° with respect to the processing surface.
According to invention of Claim 8, an injection material and dust can be efficiently suction-removed by setting the installation angle of the said blast processing injection nozzle to 30 to 75 °.
In the invention according to claim 9, in the spray material recovery apparatus, the suction member is on a circumference centering on a spray position of the spray material on a processing surface of the workpiece, and a suction direction is a tangential direction of the circumference. The technical means is provided so that
As in the ninth aspect of the invention, by arranging the suction member, a spiral airflow can be generated inside the anti-scattering cover. Thereby, since an injection material and dust can be made difficult to leak outside from a space | gap, an injection material and dust can be efficiently suction-removed.
The invention according to
According to the invention described in
In the invention according to
According to the eleventh aspect of the present invention, the guide part (second guide part) for guiding the introduction of the outside air from the gap to the inner side surface in the vicinity of the opening end part (second opening end part) of the second scattering prevention cover. Therefore, outside air can be smoothly introduced into the inside of the anti-scattering cover from the gap formed between the opening end and the work surface of the work piece. As a result, a region where a separation vortex or the like is generated in the vicinity of the second opening end can be eliminated, thereby preventing an increase in ventilation resistance (pressure loss) when the outside air is sucked into the gap and a stay of the injection material and dust. It is possible to efficiently suck and remove the spray material and dust.
In invention of
As in the invention according to claim 12 or 13, in the blasting apparatus provided with the spray material recovery device, the spray material and dust are sucked and collected by the spray material recovery device, and the usable spray material is a blast processing device. Therefore, it is possible to reduce the size of equipment such as a classifier and a dust collector that generate a suction force necessary for transferring the propellant, thereby reducing the size of the entire blasting apparatus.
The invention according to claim 14 is a blast processing method using the blast processing apparatus, wherein the spray material is sprayed from the spray nozzle toward the surface to be processed, and in the scattering prevention cover or in the scattering prevention cover. A technical means is used in which the spray material inside and in the second anti-scatter cover is sucked and collected by the suction device, and a reusable spray material is separated from the collected spray material.
As in the invention described in claim 14, the spray material is sprayed from the spray nozzle and collected in the scattering prevention cover, or in the scattering prevention cover and in the second scattering prevention cover, after being collected by the suction device. By separating and separating the reusable spray material from the spray material, it is possible to reduce the size of the classification device, and to reduce the size of the entire blast processing device. In the conventional blast processing apparatus, since it is necessary to suck the entire processing chamber, a large suction capacity is required, and a classifier (a reusable spray material is separated and taken out immediately after suction). Since a wind classifier such as a cyclone is used), the classifier is also large in accordance with the suction air volume. In the present invention, since the suction air volume is small, and the injection material that can be reused after being collected once in the suction device is separated and taken out, the classifier need only have the ability to separate, as a result. Miniaturization of the classifier can be realized.

Next, the structure of the scattering prevention cover 21 will be described. In the present embodiment, a nozzle having a rectangular injection port shape is used as the
The
On the upper part of the
The inclination angle of the
The width of the gap T is set to a width that allows sufficient outside air to be sucked and prevents the injection material and dust from leaking outside. Here, the width | variety of the space | gap T is about several mm, Preferably it is 1.0-4.0 mm. When the gap T is less than 1.0 mm, there is a risk that the pressure loss when sucking outside air becomes large, or the
As shown in FIG. 2C, the opening
Further, as shown in FIG. 10, the
The injection nozzle may be installed perpendicularly to the processing surface or may be inclined, but is preferably inclined and more preferably has an angle of 30 to 75 ° with respect to the processing surface. It is preferable to arrange them. If the angle is small, the speed of the injected spray material is higher than the suction force and leaks out of the anti-scattering cover. If the angle is large, a sufficient effect of generating an air flow by the suction force generated from the auxiliary suction member can be obtained. Because there is no.

The scattering prevention cover 21 prevents the spray material and dust from scattering, and the outside air introduced from the gap T is used as a transfer medium for suction and exhaust in the immediate vicinity of the workpiece W, so that only a small volume inside the scattering prevention cover 21 is sucked. What is necessary is just to collect the injection material and dust efficiently. In particular, it is possible to efficiently recover a finely sprayed material having a size of several μm or less, which has conventionally been difficult to recover. Further, even when the

The
