Abstract
Description
第1表に示す通りの以下の調合物を有する対照コーティング組成物を調製するが;これらの値は、アミン及び他の添加剤の添加前に提供される。質量パーセントは、コーティング組成物の非揮発性含有率として提供される。全ての部は、特に明記しない限り質量部である。
Claims (15)
- フィルム形成成分と接着促進剤とを含むコーティング組成物であって、前記接着促進剤が、オレフィンベースのポリマーと少なくとも1種のアミン化合物とを含む、前記コーティング組成物。
- 前記アミン化合物が、ジメチルアミノエタノール、アミノメチルプロパノール及びそれらの混合物から成る群から選択される、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記アミン化合物が、総ビヒクル質量に対して約1質量%から約2質量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記オレフィンベースのポリマーが、カルボキシル官能性接着コポリマーを含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記オレフィンベースのポリマーが、ヒドロキシル、チオール、アミド、カルバメート、尿素、酸、フェノール及びそれらの組合せから成る群から選択される少なくとも1種の官能基を含む、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記オレフィンベースのポリマーが、総ビヒクル質量に対して約0.01質量%から約30質量%の量で存在する、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記接着促進剤が、約1.5Mohm未満の湿式塗料抵抗を提供する、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- 前記接着促進剤が、約0.02Mohm未満の乾燥フィルム抵抗を提供する、請求項1に記載のコーティング組成物。
- オレフィンベースのポリマー接着促進剤組成物を基材に塗布すること、及び
主要樹脂と架橋剤とを含むコーティング組成物を前記接着促進剤組成物に塗布すること
を含む、コーテッド基材を形成する方法であって、前記接着促進剤組成物が、総ビヒクル質量に対して約1質量%から約2質量%の間の量で少なくとも1種のアミン含有化合物を含み、かつ前記コーティング組成物の主要樹脂又は架橋剤と反応しない官能基を有する、コーテッド基材を形成する方法。 - 前記アミン含有化合物が、ジメチルアミノエタノール及びアミノメチルプロパノールから成る群から選択される、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング組成物の形成における触媒として前記アミン含有化合物を使用することを含む、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 下塗成分へのトップコート層の転移効率を向上させる方法であって、
カルボキシル官能性オレフィンベースのポリマー組成物を基材に塗布して下塗成分を提供すること、及び
主要樹脂と架橋剤とを含むコーティング組成物を前記下塗成分に塗布してトップコート層を形成すること
を含み、前記カルボキシル官能性オレフィンベースのポリマーを少なくとも1種のアミン含有化合物で中和して塩添加カルボキシル官能性ポリマーを形成する、下塗成分へのトップコート層の転移効率を向上させる方法。 - 前記アミン含有化合物が、ジメチルアミノエタノール、アミノメチルプロパノール及びそれらの組合せから成る群から選択される、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記コーティング組成物の形成における触媒として前記アミン含有化合物を使用することを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
- 前記塩添加カルボキシル官能性ポリマーを用いて水性接着コポリマーを形成する、請求項12に記載の方法。
