Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- 除細動電極パッドと接続され又は接続されるように構成された電気ワイヤ又は端子と、
蓄電素子及び心臓除細動ショックを供給するのに有効な電圧に前記蓄電素子を充電する圧電トランスを有する電気回路であって、前記電気ワイヤ又は端子に心臓除細動ショックを供給するために前記電気ワイヤ又は端子を通して前記蓄電素子を放電させる電気回路と、
を有する心臓除細動器。 - 前記蓄電素子が蓄電キャパシタを有する、請求項1に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 前記電気ワイヤ又は端子と接続され又は接続されるように構成された電極パッドであって、胴に心臓除細動ショックを供給するために前記胴と電気的に外部接触する、請求項1又は2に記載の心臓除細動器。
- (i)前記電気ワイヤ又は端子において受信された心電図信号に基づいて心臓状態を判定し、(ii)前記判定された心臓状態が心停止を示す場合、前記電気ワイヤ又は端子に心臓除細動ショックを供給するように前記電気回路を動作させる、自動制御回路を更に有する、請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 前記心臓除細動器が操作上の命令をユーザに伝えるためのユーザインタフェースを更に有する、請求項4に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 前記心臓除細動器は磁性体を含まない、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 前記心臓除細動器は強磁性体を含まない、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 前記電気回路は、心臓除細動ショックを供給するのに有効な電圧に前記蓄電素子を充電する複数の圧電トランスを有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 前記電気回路は、前記圧電トランスを駆動するドライバ回路と、
前記ドライバ回路を制御することによって共振周波数に前記圧電トランスを保持するように構成されたフェーズロックドループを有する周波数制御サブ回路と、
を有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の心臓除細動器。 - 前記電気回路は、前記圧電トランスを共振周波数に保持するように構成されたフェーズロックドループを有する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 前記電気回路は、前記圧電トランスの出力と前記蓄電素子との間に電気的に配される整流器を有する、請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 除細動電極パッドと接続され又は接続されるように構成された電気ワイヤ又は端子と、
蓄電素子及び磁性体を含まず、心臓除細動ショックを供給するのに有効な電圧に前記蓄電素子を充電するトランスを有する電気回路であって、前記電気ワイヤ又は端子に心臓除細動ショックを供給するために前記電気ワイヤ又は端子を通して前記蓄電素子を放電させる電気回路と、
を有する心臓臓除細動器。 - 前記蓄電素子が蓄電キャパシタを有する、請求項12に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 前記電気ワイヤ又は端子と接続され又は接続されるように構成された電極パッドであって、胴に心臓除細動ショックを供給するために前記胴と電気的に外部接触するように構成された電極パッドを更に有する、請求項12又は13に記載の心臓除細動器。
- (i)前記電気ワイヤ又は端子において受信された心電図信号に基づいて心臓状態を判定し、(ii)前記判定された心臓状態が心停止を示す場合、前記電気ワイヤ又は端子に心臓除細動ショックを供給するように前記電気回路を動作させる自動制御回路を更に有し、前記心臓除細動器が自動体外除細動器を規定する、請求項12乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 前記電気回路の前記トランスが、心臓除細動ショックを供給するのに有効な電圧に前記蓄電素子を充電する1又は複数の圧電トランスを有する、請求項12乃至15のいずれか1項に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 前記電気回路が、前記圧電トランスの出力と前記蓄電素子との間に電気的に配される整流器を有する、請求項16に記載の心臓除細動器。
- 磁気共鳴スキャナと、
前記磁気共鳴スキャナを収容する遮蔽された部屋と、
前記遮蔽された部屋に配された、請求項1乃至17のいずれか1項に記載の心臓除細動器と、
を有する磁気共鳴設備。 - 心臓と電気的に通信する電気ワイヤ又は端子と、
蓄電素子及び前記蓄電素子を充電する圧電トランスを有する電気回路であって、心臓に電気刺激を供給するために前記電気ワイヤ又は端子を通して前記蓄電素子を放電させる電気回路と、
を有する装置。 - 前記電気ワイヤ又は端子が、心臓を含む胴との外部接続を通じて前記心臓と電気的に通信する、請求項19に記載の装置。
