Description
Claims (15)
- 胴に心臓除細動ショックを供給するために前記胴と電気的に外部接触するよう構成された除細動電極パッドと、
前記除細動電極パッドと接続され又は接続されるように構成された電気ワイヤ又は端子と、
蓄電素子と、ドライバサブ回路と、前記ドライバサブ回路によって駆動される圧電トランスであって心臓除細動ショックを供給するのに有効な電圧に前記蓄電素子を充電する圧電トランスとを有し、前記ドライバサブ回路が、インダクタを含み、前記インダクタは、空芯インダクタのみである電気回路であって、前記除細動電極パッドを通じて心臓除細動ショックを供給するために前記除細動電極パッド間で前記蓄電素子を放電させる電気回路と、
を有する体外式心臓除細動器。 - 前記蓄電素子が蓄電キャパシタを有する、請求項1に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。
- (i)前記電気ワイヤ又は端子において受信された心電図信号に基づいて心臓状態を判定し、(ii)前記判定された心臓状態が心停止を示す場合、前記電気ワイヤ又は端子に心臓除細動ショックを供給するように前記電気回路を動作させる、自動制御回路を更に有し、前記体外式心臓除細動器が自動体外除細動器である、請求項1又は2に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。
- 前記体外式心臓除細動器が操作上の命令をユーザに伝えるためのユーザインタフェースを更に有する、請求項3に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。
- 前記体外式心臓除細動器は磁性体を含まない、請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。
- 前記体外心臓除細動器は強磁性体を含まない、請求項1乃至5のいずれか1項に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。
- 前記電気回路は、心臓除細動ショックを供給するのに有効な電圧に前記蓄電素子を充電する複数の圧電トランスを有する、請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。
- 前記電気回路は、
前記ドライバサブ回路を制御することによって共振周波数に前記圧電トランスを保持するように構成されたフェーズロックドループを有する周波数制御サブ回路と、
を有する、請求項1乃至7のいずれか1項に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。 - 前記電気回路は、前記圧電トランスを共振周波数に保持するように構成されたフェーズロックドループを有する、請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。
- 前記電気回路は、前記圧電トランスの出力と前記蓄電素子との間に電気的に配される整流器を有する、請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。
- 胴に心臓除細動ショックを供給するために前記胴と電気的に外部接触するよう構成された除細動電極パッドと、
前記除細動電極パッドと接続され又は接続されるように構成された電気ワイヤ又は端子と、
蓄電素子と、圧電トランスとを有し、前記圧電トランスが、磁性体を含まず、かつ心臓除細動ショックを供給するのに有効な電圧に前記蓄電素子を充電する電気回路であって、前記除細動電極パッドを通じて心臓除細動ショックを供給するために前記除細動電極パッド間で前記蓄電素子を放電させる電気回路と、
を有する体外式心臓除細動器であって、磁性体を含まない体外式心臓除細動器。 - 前記蓄電素子が蓄電キャパシタを有する、請求項11に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。
- (i)前記電気ワイヤ又は端子において受信された心電図信号に基づいて心臓状態を判定し、(ii)前記判定された心臓状態が心停止を示す場合、前記電気ワイヤ又は端子に心臓除細動ショックを供給するように前記電気回路を動作させる自動制御回路を更に有し、前記体外式心臓除細動器が自動体外除細動器を規定する、請求項11又は12に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。
- 前記電気回路が、前記圧電トランスの出力と前記蓄電素子との間に電気的に配される整流器を有する、請求項11乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の体外式心臓除細動器。
- 磁気共鳴スキャナと、
前記磁気共鳴スキャナを収容する遮蔽された部屋と、
前記遮蔽された部屋に配された、請求項1乃至14のいずれか1項に記載の体外式心臓除細動器と、
を有する磁気共鳴設備。
