Abstract
【解決手段】特に医療光学機器107ために適している保持装置は、負荷物を受けるための支持アームを有している。支持アームは第1の回転ジョイント103により保持ユニット102に旋回可能に支承されている。保持装置は、支持アームの第1の回転ジョイントで発生する負荷トルクを補償するために支持アームに作用する長手方向の力を生成するための手段120を含んでいる。長手方向の力を生成するための手段は保持ユニットに旋回可能に支承されるとともに、支持アームと作用接続されたカム支持体119に対して力を及ぼす。

Claims (8)
- 医療光学機器(809、909)のための保持装置を含む保持装置(800、900)であって、
保持ユニット(804、904)と、
前記医療光学機器(809、909)を受けるようにされた第1の支持アーム(801、901)と第2の支持アーム(802、902)と、
前記第1の支持アーム(801、901、)は、前記保持ユニット(804、904)に対して相対的に旋回可能に支承された第1の回転ジョイント(803、903)を有し、
前記第1の支持アーム(801、901)は、第2の回転ジョイント(805、905)を介して前記第2の支持アーム(802、902)に接続され、
前記第2の支持アーム(802、902)は、前記第1の回転ジョイント(803、903)と前記第2の回転ジョイント(805、905)で、負荷トルクを発生する負荷物を受け、
前記保持装置(800、900)はさらに、
前記第1の支持アーム(801、901)に固定的に接続された第1のカム支持体(821、921)と、
第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する長手方向の力を生成するための第1の手段(822、922)と、を含み、
前記第1の手段(822、922)は、前記負荷トルクに対抗するために前記第1の端部において前記カム支持体の表面に対して垂直方向に力を及ぼし、
前記第1の(822、922)は、前記第2の端部において旋回可能に前記保持ユニット(804、904)に接続され、
さらに、
前記第2の支持アーム(802、902)に固定的に接続された第2のカム支持体(834、934)と、
第1の端部と第2の端部とを有する長手方向の力を生成するための第2の手段(835、935)と、
前記第2の手段は、前記第1の端部の力を前記第2のカム支持体(834、934)の表面に及ぼし、そして、前記第2の端部の前記第2の手段(835、935)は前記保持ユニット(804、904)に旋回可能に支承されていることを特徴とする保持装置。 - 長手方向の力を生成するための前記第1の手段(822、922)と前記第2の手段(835、935)の少なくとも1つは1つのばね部材(825、838、925、938)又は複数のばね部材を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保持装置。
- 線形ばね(825、838、925、938)として構成されたばねが設けられていることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の保持装置。
- 長手方向の力を生成するための前記第1の手段(822、922)は、前記保持ユニット(804、904)上を前記第1の支持アーム(801、901)が動いたときに前記第1のカム支持体(821、921)に沿って転動する軸受部材に対して作用することを特徴とする請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の保持装置。
- 長手方向の力を生成するための前記第2の手段(835、935)は、前記第1の支持アーム(801、901)上を前記第2の支持アーム(802、902)が動いたときに前記第2のカム支持体(834、934)に沿って転動する軸受部材に対して作用することを特徴とする請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の保持装置。
- さらに、フロントリンク(807、907)を有し、
前記フロントリンク(807、907)は、前記第2の支持アーム(802、902)が負荷を保持するための第3の回転ジョイント(806、906)と前記第2の支持アーム(802、902)のフロントエンドで回転自在に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の保持装置。 - 前記第2の支持アーム(802、902)の位置に関わりなく同じに保たれる前記フロントリンク(807)のアライメントを保証する、前記フロントリンク(807)と前記保持ユニット(804)の間の作用接続部(816、817、819)が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の保持装置。
- 第1のカム支持体(921、934)と前記第2のカム支持体(834、934)の少なくとも1つが腎臓形に構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の保持装置。
