Abstract
【解決手段】第1ガスストリーム用の第1入口4とガス用の出口8とを有する主容器2を備え、主容器は、更に、第1入口から出口へ延びるガス流れ経路に沿って離間されている第1分離器20と第2分離器22を有していて、両分離器は、液体の粒子をガスから離脱させることができ、容器は、一部の期間に亘って第1ガスストリームより高い温度である可能性のある第2ガスストリームを、第1分離器と第2分離器の中間のガス流れ経路の中へ給送するための第2入口6を有している。第1分離器に捕集された液体の第2ガスストリームによる蒸発は、これにより、最小限に抑えられる。

Description
第1分離器と第2分離器の両方が水平方向に配置されたパッド又はメッシュを備えている場合、第1分離器と第2分離器の中間には、排流される液体をそれが第2分離器から重力下に落下した際に捕集する目的で、ガス通路の貫通したトレイが設けられていてもよい。
異なった図で同様の部分は同じ符号により示されている。
図2を参照すると、2つの水平方向に配置されている分離器40と42は、主容器2の中に、間にギャップを挟んで並列に配設されている。分離器40は第1隔壁44の一方の側(図示では左側)に配置されており、他方の分離器42は第2隔壁45の他方の側(図示では右側)に配置されている。第1入口4は、分離器40と分離器44の間に画定されているガス空間と連通している。第2入口6は、主容器2の中の、第1隔壁44と第2隔壁45の間に画定されている空間と連通している。入口4を通して導入されたガスは、下方から分離器40を通過し、液体の粒子は分離器40によってガスから離脱する。その結果得られるガスは、分離器44と45の間の空間の中で、入口6を通して導入されたガスと混ざり合い、下方から分離器42を通過し、何らかの液体の粒子は分離器42によってガスから離脱する。ガスは、容器2の頂部の出口8を通って容器2から出てゆく。
次に図3を参照すると、容器2には2つの水平方向に離間された垂直方向分離器50及び52が設けられている。第1入口は、容器2のその左手側(図示せず)の頂部と連通している。従って、容器2を通って概ね水平方向のガスの流れができている。分離器50と52の中間の容器2の頂部にはガス用の第2入口がある。ドレイン54及び56が分離器50及び52とそれぞれ連通しており、排液ポット(図3には図示せず)に終端している。分離器52の下流に出口8が設置されている。

Claims (10)
- 第1ガスストリーム用の第1入口とガス用の出口とを有する主容器を備え、前記主容器は前記第1入口から前記出口へ延びるガス流れ経路に沿って離間されている第1分離器と第2分離器を有し、両分離器は液体の粒子を前記ガスから離脱させることができる、ミスト分離装置において、前記容器は、一部の期間に亘って前記第1ガスストリームより高い温度である可能性のある第2ガスストリームを、前記第1分離器と前記第2分離器の中間の前記ガス経路の中へ給送するための第2入口を有している、ミスト分離装置。
- 前記第1分離器と前記第2分離器は、両方とも、1つ又はそれ以上の多孔質パッド、パッドメッシュ、瀘板、又はチムニープレートを備えている、請求項1に記載のミスト分離装置。
- 前記第1分離器は、水平方向又は垂直方向のパッド又はメッシュを備えている、請求項2に記載のミスト分離装置。
- 前記第2分離器は、水平方向又は垂直方向のパッド又はメッシュを備えている、請求項2又は請求項3に記載のミスト分離装置。
- 前記第1分離器及び前記第2分離器は、両方とも、それらに関連付けられているドレインであって、液体捕集容器と連通しているドレインを有している、上記請求項の何れか1項に記載のミスト分離装置。
- 上記請求項の何れか1項に記載のミスト分離装置を備えている天然ガス送達設備。
- 前記第1入口は、強制気化LNGの源と連通している、請求項6に記載の天然ガス送達設備。
- 前記第2入口は、自然気化LNGの源と連通している、請求項6又は請求項7に記載の天然ガス送達設備。
- 前記出口は、圧縮機と連通している、請求項6から8の何れか1項に記載の天然ガス送達設備。
- 前記圧縮機の出口は、燃焼エンジンと連通している、請求項9に記載の天然ガス送達設備。
