Abstract
【解決手段】通過する流体の圧力を制御する制御バルブ1であって、流体を通過させるシート部22を有するバルブシート20と、バルブシート20に挿入されシート部22との間で流体の圧力を調整するポペット弁60と、バルブシート20に設けられポペット弁60によって圧力が調整された流体を整流する流体整流部50と、を備える。

Description
図1に示す制御バルブ1は、燃料電池システムに用いられ、燃料タンク(以下ガス供給源という)から導かれる例えば30〜70MPaの燃料ガス(以下ガスという)を数MPaの所定値に制御して燃料電池(以下ガス供給先という)に供給するものである。なお、制御バルブ1は、燃料ガスとして水素ガスを導くものであるが、これに限らず、他の気体または液体を導く他の装置、設備等における高圧、大流量の流体が流れる回路に設けてもよい。
次に図4に示す本発明の第2実施形態を説明する。図4は、制御バルブ1の断面図である。この制御バルブ1の構成は、第1実施形態と基本的に同じであるため、以下では、第1実施形態と相違する点のみについて説明する。なお、第1実施形態と同一の構成には同一の符号を付す。

Claims (7)
- 通過する流体の圧力を制御する制御バルブであって、
前記流体を通過させるシート部を有するバルブシートと、
前記バルブシートに挿入され前記シート部との間で前記流体の圧力を調整するポペット弁と、
前記バルブシートに設けられ前記ポペット弁によって圧力が調整された流体を整流する流体整流部と、を備えたことを特徴とする制御バルブ。 - 前記流体整流部はバルブシートの端部に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の制御バルブ。
- 前記ポペット弁と前記流体整流部との間に設けられるポペット下流路と、
前記流体整流部の下流側に設けられ前記ポペット弁を駆動するピストンによって画成される制御圧室と、をさらに備え、
前記流体整流部は前記ポペット下流路と前記制御圧室とを連通させる連通路を備えることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の制御バルブ。 - 前記連通路は前記流体整流部に設けられる溝によって画成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の制御バルブ。
- 前記連通路は前記流体整流部に設けられる孔によって画成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の制御バルブ。
- 前記連通路は流路断面積が下流側に向けて次第に大きく形成されることを特徴とする請求項3から5のいずれか一つに記載の制御バルブ。
- 前記連通路は前記ポペット下流路から前記ポペット弁の径方向に延びることを特徴とする請求項3から6のいずれか一つに記載の制御バルブ。
