Abstract
【解決手段】本発明は生体物質反応を確認または検出するための生体物質検出用素子に関し、より詳細には、試験しようとする生体物質溶液を収容したチューブに検出部が浸漬されるように棒状に形成され、その上部がキャップ構造に形成されるようにして生体物質と素子を反応させることができ、生体物質を容易に確認及び検出することができ、キャップ構造に形成されてチューブ内で生体物質の反応時に蒸発及び異物の流入を防止することにより、検査の信頼性を向上させることができる生体物質検出用素子に関する。

Claims (8)
- ヘッド100と、
前記ヘッド100の下部に突出形成されたチューブ結合部200と、
前記チューブ結合部200の下部に延長形成されたロッド300と、
前記ロッド300の下部に形成された検出部400と、
を含むことを特徴とする生体物質検出用素子。 - 前記ロッド300は、前記チューブ結合部200に脱着可能に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体物質検出用素子。
- 前記チューブ結合部200の外周面に突出部210が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体物質検出用素子。
- 前記ヘッド100の上部にアダプタ600が延長形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体物質検出用素子。
- 前記アダプタ600の上部は下部より大きい直径を有することを特徴とする請求項4に記載の生体物質検出用素子。
- 前記検出部400の下面にタンパク質、核酸、PNA(Peptide Nucleic Acid)、アプタマ(Aptamer)及び抗体から選択される物質が塗布されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体物質検出用素子。
- 前記検出部400の下面にタンパク質、核酸、PNA(Peptide Nucleic Acid)、アプタマ(Aptamer)及び抗体から選択される物質が配列されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の生体物質検出用素子。
- 方向を確認するための方向表示部500をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の生体物質検出用素子。
