Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a passenger conveyor in which an edge on a footstep side of a getting-on and getting-off plate does not become a fulcrum when lifting a conveyor entrance side of the getting-on and getting-off plate by configuring the passenger conveyor so that the edge on the footstep side of the getting-on and getting-off plate does not come into contact with a support frame below the same when opening/closing the getting-on and getting-off plate.SOLUTION: A passenger conveyor is configured so that a lower part support 15d is added to a level difference prevention metal fitting 15, and an edge 12a' on a footstep side of a getting-on and getting-off plate 12 does not come into contact with a top of a support frame bottom surface 4b below the same when performing opening/closing work of the getting-on and getting-off plate 12 by lifting a conveyor entrance side of the getting-on and getting-off plate 12.

Description

Embodiments of the present invention relate to a passenger conveyor.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the passenger conveyor 1 normally includes a plurality of steps 3 connected in an endless manner that circulates, and a boarding / exiting plate that serves as an opening / closing plate for a machine room at the boarding / exiting step 3. 2 is arranged. The boarding / alighting plate 2 is usually composed of a rectangular plate divided into a plurality of parts, and as shown in FIG. 3, the boarding / exiting plate 2 is placed on the support frames 4 provided at both the left and right sides from the step side. Installed in parallel toward the side and bolted. The support frame 4 is composed of a vertical panel 4a serving as a partition from the building and an L-shaped panel 4b attached to the vertical panel 4a. The surface of the top plate 2a constituting the boarding / alighting plate 2 is provided with an etching pattern that has both slipperiness and design for passengers.

The top plate 2a of the boarding / alighting plate 2 is usually manufactured by pressing a steel plate having a thickness of about 1 to 2 mm, and the top plate 2a alone cannot support a load when a user passes. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 25 to 27, a U-shaped reinforcing material 2b is welded to the lower surface of the boarding board to increase the strength. The reinforcing member 2b supports the boarding / alighting plate 2 by placing the bottom surface thereof on the bottom surface of the L-shaped panel 4b having the L-shape.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 25 to 27, the conventional boarding board 102 is provided with step prevention metal fittings 105 at both ends on the step side and the landing side so as not to cause a level difference between adjacent boarding boards. ing. As shown in FIG. 25, the step prevention metal fitting 105 is attached at two places on the boarding board step side and at one place on the boarding board landing side, and as shown in FIG. 26, from the edge 102a ′ of the top board 102a. It is installed except between 10-20mm.

When the passenger conveyor is inspected, the opening / closing operation of the boarding / unloading plate 102 is performed. At that time, as shown in FIGS. 28 and 29, the landing side is lifted with the step side of the boarding / unloading plate 102 as a fulcrum. Become. For example, during the inclination angle α from the state shown in FIG. 30 to the state shown in FIG. 31, the conventional boarding / alighting plate 102 has a contact point between the lower end 2b ′ of the reinforcing member 2b and the bottom surface 4b ′ of the L-shaped panel 4b as a fulcrum. Since the boarding side of the boarding board 102 is lifted, the top board edge 102a ′ is not affected. However, when the boarding / elevating plate 102 is lifted beyond the inclination angle α, the step prevention metal fitting 105 does not reach the edge 102a ′ of the top board 102a so that the step prevention metal fitting 105 does not reach the edge 102a ′ of the top board 102a. Contact between 102a ′ and the top 4b ″ of the L-shaped panel 4b cannot be avoided. As a result, as shown in FIG. 32, the lower end 2b ′ of the reinforcing member 2b is lifted, and the contact point between the top 4b ″ of the L-shaped panel 4b and the top plate edge 102a ′ is used as a fulcrum in FIG. The boarding board will be lifted in the contact state shown. Therefore, the total weight of the boarding / alighting plate 102 is applied to the top plate edge 102a 'on the boarding / alighting board step side.

The problem to be solved by the present invention is that when the boarding board is opened and closed, the step-side edge of the boarding board does not come into contact with the lower support frame, thereby raising the boarding board on the landing side. It is sometimes to provide a passenger conveyor in which the step edge of the boarding board is not a fulcrum.

When the passenger conveyor according to the embodiment of the present invention adds a lower support to the step-preventing bracket and lifts the boarding side of the boarding board to open and close the boarding board, the edge of the boarding side of the boarding board is The configuration is such that it does not come into contact with the lower support frame.

Hereinafter, a passenger conveyor according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The schematic configuration of the passenger conveyor is as described in the section of the background art, and since the embodiment of the present invention is an improvement of the step prevention metal fitting, the step prevention metal fitting will be described in detail, and the rest of the configuration is the background. The configuration described in the technical section is used.

4 to 9 show a first embodiment.

4 to 6 includes a front surface part 15a, an upper support 15b, an intermediate support part 15c, and a lower support 15d. The upper support 15b is for preventing a level | step difference from arising between adjacent boarding / alighting boards. The lower support 15 d is for preventing contact between the edge 12 a ′ of the top plate 12 a and the support frame 4 that is generated when the boarding / alighting plate 12 is opened and closed. The intermediate support portion 15c is for connecting the upper support 15b and the lower support 15d, and the front surface portion 15a protrudes from the upper support 15b to the step side.

The upper support 15b is provided with a notch 15e at the side surface side end portion of the boarding / alighting plate 12, so that the upper support 15b and the front surface portion 15a do not come into contact with the support frame 4. The intermediate support portion 15c is also provided with a notch, and the step preventive bracket 15 can be fixed to the reinforcing member 2b of the boarding / alighting plate 12 with a bolt or the like by the notch of the intermediate support portion 15c. The place where the lower support 15d is formed is located above the support frame 4 that supports the board 12 and there is no need to form the lower support 15d in any other place.

When opening and closing the board 12, the platform side of the board 12 is lifted with the step side of the board 12 as a fulcrum. At this time, as shown in FIG. 7, the end 15d 'of the lower support 15d serves as a fulcrum, and the end of the board 12 and the support frame 4 do not contact each other. That is, in the process of tilting from the state where the boarding board 12 shown in FIG. 8 is not lifted to the state where the boarding side of the boarding board shown in FIG. 15 is in contact with the bottom surface 4b 'of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4, and the board 12 is lifted by using this contact point as a fulcrum, and the inclination angle θ1 shown in FIG. In this position, the edge 12a ′ of the top plate 12a comes into contact with the top 4b ″ of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4. This inclination angle θ1 is larger than the inclination angle α in the conventional boarding board 102 shown in FIG. 31 by forming the lower support 15d, and is sufficient to lift the landing side of the boarding board 12 in order to remove the boarding board 12 Is an angle. Therefore, by forming the lower support 15d, it is possible to remove the boarding / alighting plate 12 until the edge 12a 'of the top plate 12a comes into contact with the top 4b "of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4.

Thus, the board 12 can be removed in a state where the fulcrum during the opening / closing operation of the board 12 is the end 15d 'of the lower support 15d of the step preventive bracket 15, and the edge 12a' of the top 12a is the fulcrum. It is not necessary to incline the boarding board 12 until it becomes. Therefore, the contact between the edge 12a ′ of the top plate 12a and the support frame 4 is eliminated, and therefore, the edge 12a ′ of the board 12 is not damaged by cracks or bends. There is no possibility that the design of the surface of the plate top plate is impaired.

10 to 12 show a second embodiment.

In the second embodiment, the height of the intermediate support portion 15c in the first embodiment is made lower than the height of the reinforcing member 2b of the boarding / alighting plate 12. That is, the level | step difference prevention metal fitting 25 shown in FIGS. 10-12 is comprised from the front part 25a, the upper support 25b, the intermediate | middle support part 25c, and the lower support 25d. The upper support 25b is for preventing a level | step difference from arising between adjacent boarding boards. The lower support 25 d is for preventing contact between the end edge 22 a ′ of the top plate 22 a and the support frame 4 that is generated when the boarding / alighting plate 22 is opened and closed. The intermediate support portion 25c is for connecting the upper support 25b and the lower support 25d, and is formed lower than the height of the reinforcing member 2b. The front part 25a protrudes from the upper support 25b to the step side.

The upper support 25 b is provided with a notch 25 e at the side surface side end portion of the boarding / alighting plate 22, so that the upper support 25 b and the front surface portion 25 a do not contact the support frame 4. The intermediate support portion 25c is also provided with a notch, and the step prevention metal fitting 25 can be fixed to the reinforcing member 2b of the boarding board 22 with a bolt or the like by the notch of the intermediate support portion 25c. The place where the lower support 25d is formed is located above the support frame 4 that supports the boarding board 22 and it is not necessary to form the lower support 25d in any other place.

When opening and closing the boarding board 22, the landing side of the boarding board 22 is lifted with the step side of the boarding board 22 as a fulcrum. At this time, the end 25d 'of the lower support 25d serves as a fulcrum, and the end of the board 22 and the support frame 4 do not contact each other. That is, in the process of tilting from the state where the boarding board 22 shown in FIG. 11 is not lifted to the state where the boarding side of the boarding board shown in FIG. 25, the end portion 25d 'of the lower support 25d comes into contact with the bottom surface 4b' of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4, and the boarding plate 22 is lifted with this contact point as a fulcrum, and the inclination angle θ2 shown in FIG. In this position, the edge 22a ′ of the top plate 22a comes into contact with the top 4b ″ of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4. The inclination angle θ2 is larger than the inclination angle α in the conventional boarding / alighting plate 102 shown in FIG. 31 due to the formation of the lower support 25d, and is slightly gentler than the inclination angle θ1 in the first embodiment. The angle is sufficient for lifting the landing side of the boarding board 22 to remove the board 22. Therefore, by forming the lower support 25d, it is possible to remove the boarding plate 22 until the end edge 22a 'of the top plate 22a comes into contact with the top 4b "of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4.

Thus, the boarding board 22 can be removed in a state where the fulcrum during the opening / closing operation of the boarding board 22 is the end 25d 'of the lower support 25d of the step preventive bracket 25, and the edge 22a' of the top board 22a is the fulcrum. It is not necessary to incline the boarding board 22 until it becomes. Therefore, the contact between the edge 22a ′ of the top plate 22a and the support frame 4 is eliminated, and therefore, the edge 22a ′ of the boarding / alighting plate does not undergo distortion due to cracks or bending, so that the boarding / alighting plate 22 may be damaged or There is no possibility that the design of the surface of the plate top plate is impaired.

Further, the reinforcing material 2b of the boarding / alighting plate 22 is attached to support the main body of the boarding / alighting material 22. In the present embodiment, the intermediate support portion 25c of the step prevention metal fitting 25 is made shorter than the height of the reinforcing member 2b supporting the boarding / alighting plate 22, so There is an advantage of not receiving it.

13 to 15 show a third embodiment.

In the third embodiment, the length of the lower support 15d in the first embodiment is extended longer than the end portion of the vertical projection surface of the boarding / alighting plate 12. That is, the level | step difference prevention metal fitting 35 shown in FIGS. 13-15 is comprised from the front part 35a, the upper support 35b, the intermediate | middle support part 35c, and the lower support 35d. The upper support 35b is for preventing a level | step difference between adjacent boarding boards. The lower support 35d is for preventing contact between the end edge 32a 'of the top plate 32a and the support frame 4 that is generated when the boarding / alighting plate 32 is opened and closed. The end 35d' of the lower support 35d is formed from the front surface 35a. It is also formed to extend long. The intermediate support portion 35c is for connecting the upper support 35b and the lower support 35d, and the front surface portion 35a protrudes from the upper support 35b to the step side.

The upper support 35b is provided with a notch 35e at the end of the side surface of the board 32, so that the upper support 35b and the front surface 35a cannot come into contact with the support frame 4. The intermediate support portion 35c is also provided with a notch, and the step prevention metal fitting 35 can be fixed to the reinforcing member 2b of the boarding / alighting plate 32 with a bolt or the like by the notch of the intermediate support portion 35c. The place where the lower support 35d is formed is located above the support frame 4 that supports the boarding plate 32, and it is not necessary to form the lower support 35d in any other place.

When opening and closing the boarding board 32, the platform side of the boarding board 32 is lifted with the step side of the boarding board 32 as a fulcrum. At this time, the end portion 35d 'of the lower support 35d serves as a fulcrum, and the end portion of the passenger board 32 and the support frame 4 do not contact each other. That is, in the process of tilting from the state where the boarding board 32 shown in FIG. 14 is not lifted up to the state where the boarding side of the boarding board shown in FIG. The end portion 35d 'of the lower support 35d contacts the bottom surface 4b' of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4 to become a fulcrum, and the boarding / alighting plate 32 is lifted, and at the position of the inclination angle θ3 shown in FIG. The edge 32 a ′ of the plate 32 a comes into contact with the top 4 b ″ of the L-shaped panel 4 b of the support frame 4. Since the lower support 35d is formed, the inclination angle θ3 is larger than the inclination angle α in the conventional boarding / alighting plate 102 shown in FIG. 31, and is steeper than the inclination angle θ1 in the first embodiment. The angle is sufficient to lift the landing side of the boarding board 32 to remove 32. Therefore, by forming the lower support 35d, it is possible to remove the boarding / alighting plate 32 until the edge 32a 'of the top plate 32a comes into contact with the top 4b "of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4.

Thus, the boarding / alighting plate 32 can be removed in a state where the fulcrum during the opening / closing operation of the boarding / alighting plate 32 is the end 35d 'of the lower support 35d of the step prevention metal fitting 35, and the edge 32a' of the top plate 32a is the fulcrum. It is not necessary to incline the boarding board 32 until it becomes. Therefore, there is no contact between the end edge 32a ′ of the top plate 32a and the support frame 4, and therefore the end edge 32a ′ of the top and bottom plate does not suffer from distortion due to cracks or bends. There is no possibility that the design of the surface of the boarding board is impaired.

In addition, as the end of the lower support is made shorter than the vertical projection plane of the board, the inclination angle of the board becomes gentler, so the edge of the board top plate and the support frame may come into contact with each other However, in the present embodiment, the end portion 35d 'of the lower support 35d is made longer than the vertical projection surface of the board 32, so that the edge 32a' of the top plate 32a, the support frame 4 and There will be no further contact. Therefore, since the contact between the boarding / alighting plate 32 and the support frame 4 can be more reliably eliminated, the end edge 32a 'of the boarding / alighting plate top plate is more reliably prevented from being deformed by cracks or bending.

16 to 18 show a fourth embodiment.

In the fourth embodiment, the end portion 15d 'of the lower support 15d in the first embodiment is bent. That is, the level | step difference prevention metal fitting 45 shown in FIGS. 16-18 is comprised from the front part 45a, the upper support 45b, the intermediate | middle support part 45c, and the lower support 45d. The upper support 45b is for preventing a level | step difference between adjacent boarding boards. The lower support 45d is for preventing contact between the end edge 42a 'of the top plate 42a and the support frame 4 that is generated when the boarding / alighting plate 42 is opened / closed, and the end 45d' of the lower support 45d is curved upward. It has a curved shape that has been bent. The intermediate support portion 45c is for connecting the upper support 45b and the lower support 45d, and the front surface portion 45a protrudes from the upper support 45b to the step side.

The upper support 45b is provided with a notch 45e at the end of the side surface of the board 42, so that the upper support 45b and the front surface 45a do not come into contact with the support frame 4. The intermediate support portion 45c is also provided with a notch so that the step prevention metal fitting 45 can be fixed to the reinforcing member 2b of the boarding plate 42 with a bolt or the like by the notch of the intermediate support portion 45c. The portion where the lower support 45d is formed is located above the support frame 4 that supports the boarding plate 42, and it is not necessary to form the lower support 45d at other locations.

When opening and closing the boarding board 42, the platform side of the boarding board 42 is lifted with the step side of the boarding board 42 as a fulcrum. At this time, the end 45d 'of the lower support 45d serves as a fulcrum, and the end of the board 42 and the support frame 4 do not contact each other. That is, in the process of tilting from the state where the boarding board 42 shown in FIG. 17 is not lifted to the state where the boarding side of the boarding board shown in FIG. An end portion 45d 'of the lower support 45d of 45 comes into contact with the bottom surface 4b' of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4, and the boarding plate 42 is lifted with this contact point as a fulcrum, and the inclination angle θ4 shown in FIG. In this position, the edge 42a 'of the top plate 42a comes into contact with the top 4b' 'of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4. The inclination angle θ4 is larger than the inclination angle α in the conventional boarding board 102 shown in FIG. 31 because the lower support 45d is formed, and is sufficient to lift the landing side of the boarding board 42 in order to remove the boarding board 42. Is an angle. Therefore, by forming the lower support 45d, it is possible to remove the boarding plate 22 until the end edge 42a 'of the top plate 42a comes into contact with the top 4b "of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4.

Thus, the boarding board 42 can be removed in a state where the fulcrum during the opening / closing operation of the boarding board 42 is the end 45d 'of the lower support 45d of the step prevention metal fitting 45, and the edge 42a' of the top board 42a is the fulcrum. It is not necessary to incline the boarding / alighting plate 42 to the point. Therefore, the contact between the end edge 42a 'of the top plate 42a and the support frame 4 is eliminated, so that the end edge 42a' of the boarding / alighting plate top plate is not distorted by cracks or bending. There is no possibility that the design of the surface of the plate top plate is impaired.

In addition, since the end portion 45d ′ of the lower support 45d of the step-preventing metal fitting 45 is bent by bending, when the boarding plate 42 is opened and closed, the platform side of the boarding plate 42 is lifted and tilted with the step side or There is an advantage that the work of sliding to the landing side is easier than when bending is not performed.

19 to 21 show a fifth embodiment.

In the fifth embodiment, a sliding portion is attached, for example, with an adhesive or the like, to an end portion 45d 'where the lower support 45d is bent in the fourth embodiment. That is, the step prevention metal fitting 55 shown in FIGS. 19 to 21 uses all the configurations described in the fourth embodiment, and the same reference numerals are given.

In the fifth embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 19 to 21, the lower surface side of the curved end portion 45 d ′ of the lower support 45 d of the step prevention metal fitting 55, that is, the lower surface 4 b of the L-shaped panel 4 b of the support frame 4. A sliding portion 55f is provided at a position where it comes into contact with '. A low friction and low wear material excellent in self-lubricity is bonded to the sliding portion 55f by an adhesive method such as using an adhesive. As the material, a metal-based or ceramic-based material may be used, and a resin-based material may be used because it does not become hot.

As described above, in the present embodiment, since the sliding portion 55f is attached to the lower surface of the end portion 45d ′ of the lower support 45d that contacts the support frame 4 in the step prevention metal fitting 55, the end portion 45d ′ of the lower support 45d is attached. And the friction between the support frame 4 can be reduced. Therefore, the movement on the support frame 4 of the boarding / alighting board 52 becomes easy. Therefore, in addition to the function and effect of the fourth embodiment, there is an advantage that the sliding work performed when opening and closing the boarding board 52 can be performed more easily.

22 to 24 show a sixth embodiment.

In the sixth embodiment, a roller 65g is attached to the end portion 15d 'of the lower support 15d in the first embodiment. That is, the level | step difference prevention metal fitting 65 shown in FIGS. 22-24 is comprised from the front part 65a, the upper support 65b, the intermediate | middle support part 65c, and the lower support 65d. The upper support 65b is for preventing a level | step difference from producing between adjacent boarding / alighting boards. The lower support 65d is for preventing contact between the edge 62a 'of the top plate 62a and the support frame 4 that is generated when the boarding / exiting plate 62 is opened and closed. A roller 65g is provided on the end 65d' of the lower support 65d. It is attached. The roller 65g has a rotational axis that is perpendicular to the step direction, and is configured to roll on the bottom surface 4b 'of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4. The roller 65g is not limited to the one in this embodiment, and may have any configuration as long as it can roll in the step direction. The intermediate support portion 65c is for connecting the upper support 65b and the lower support 65d, and the front surface portion 65a protrudes from the upper support 65b to the step side.

The upper support 65 b is provided with a notch 65 e at the end of the side surface of the boarding / alighting plate 62, so that the upper support 65 b and the front surface 65 a do not come into contact with the support frame 4. The intermediate support portion 65c is also provided with a notch, and the step preventive metal fitting 65 can be fixed to the reinforcing member 2b of the boarding / alighting plate 62 with a bolt or the like by the notch of the intermediate support portion 65c. The place where the lower support 65d is formed is located above the support frame 4 that supports the passenger board 62, and it is not necessary to form the lower support 65d in any other place.

When opening and closing the boarding board 62, the platform side of the boarding board 62 is lifted with the step side of the boarding board 62 as a fulcrum. At this time, the lower surface of the roller 65g attached to the end portion 65d 'of the lower support 65d serves as a fulcrum, and the end portion of the passenger board 62 and the support frame 4 do not contact each other. That is, in the process of tilting from the state where the boarding board 62 shown in FIG. 23 is not lifted to the state where the boarding side of the boarding board shown in FIG. The roller 65g attached to the end portion 65d 'of the lower support 65d of the 65 comes into contact with the bottom surface 4b' of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4, and the boarding board 62 is lifted with this contact point as a fulcrum. The edge 62a ′ of the top plate 62a comes into contact with the top 4b ″ of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4 at the position of the inclination angle θ6 shown in FIG. This inclination angle θ6 is larger than the inclination angle α in the conventional boarding / alighting plate 102 shown in FIG. 31 due to the formation of the lower support 65d, and is slightly larger than the inclination angle θ1 in the first embodiment by attaching the roller 65g. Although it becomes gentle, the angle is sufficient to lift the landing side of the boarding board 62 to remove the boarding board 62. Therefore, by forming the lower support 65d, it is possible to remove the passenger board 62 until the end edge 62a 'of the top plate 62a comes into contact with the top 4b' 'of the L-shaped panel 4b of the support frame 4.

Thus, the boarding board 62 can be removed in a state where the fulcrum during the opening / closing operation of the boarding board 62 is the roller 65g attached to the end portion 65d ′ of the lower support 65d of the step prevention metal fitting 65, and the end of the top board 62a can be removed. It is not necessary to incline the boarding / exiting plate 62 until the edge 62a ′ becomes a fulcrum. Therefore, the contact between the end edge 62a ′ of the top plate 62a and the support frame 4 is eliminated, and therefore, the end edge 62a ′ of the boarding / alighting plate top plate is not distorted by cracks or bending. There is no possibility that the design of the surface of the boarding board is impaired.

Further, since the roller 65g that can roll on the support frame 4 is attached to the end portion 65d ′ of the lower support 65d of the step prevention metal fitting 65, when the boarding board 62 is opened and closed, the boarding side of the boarding board 62 is lifted. There is an advantage that the work of sliding to the step side or the landing side in an inclined state is easier than when the roller 65g is not attached. Moreover, there is an advantage that contact between the support frame 4 and the lower support 65d can be suppressed at the same time.
