Abstract
【解決手段】スリーブ2を弾性材料で形成し、スリーブ2の弾性力で通電部材3(金属線4)をプラグ5の外周面5aに押し付ける。これにより、通電部材3に弾性力は不要となるため、導電性の高い材料で通電部材3を形成することが可能となり、電気コネクタ1の導電性を高めることができる。また、スリーブ2に導電性は不要であるため、十分な弾性力を有する材料で形成することができる。

Claims (5)
- 弾性材料で形成されたスリーブと、前記スリーブの内周面の少なくとも一部を覆い、前記スリーブの内周に挿入されたプラグの外周面と接触する通電部材とを備え、
前記スリーブの弾性力により、前記通電部材を前記プラグの外周面に押し付ける電気コネクタ。 - 前記スリーブの内周に前記プラグを挿入していない状態で、前記スリーブの内径が前記プラグの外径よりも小さい請求項1記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記スリーブがエラストマーで形成された請求項1又は2記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記通電部材が金属線からなり、前記金属線を前記スリーブに対して軸方向に沿って捲回した請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の電気コネクタ。
- 前記通電部材が金属板からなる請求項1〜3の何れかに記載の電気コネクタ。
