Abstract
【解決手段】排気浄化装置は、第一ケーシング2と、第一ケーシング2の軸線方向に対して略垂直な方向に延びるように第一ケーシング2に内挿されて第一ケーシング2と連通される貫通孔15a,15bが形成されたパイプ3と、を備える排気流路1を流れる排気ガスを浄化するためのものであり、第一ケーシング2の排気ガスを貫通孔15a,15bに案内するガイド部材16a,16b,16cと、パイプ3内に還元剤を噴射する噴射装置13と、を備える。そして、ガイド部材16a,16b、16cにより、パイプ3内に旋回流を発生させるようにパイプ3の接線方向から排気ガスを貫通孔15a,15bに案内し、ガイド部材16aにより、第一ケーシング2の軸線方向において還元剤の噴射領域の上流側を覆う。

Claims (3)
- エンジンの排気流路を流れる排気ガスを浄化するための排気浄化装置であって、
筒状のケーシングと、
前記ケーシングの下流側に配置され、前記ケーシングの軸線方向に対して略垂直な方向に延びるように前記ケーシングに内挿され、前記ケーシングと連通される貫通孔が形成されたパイプと、
前記ケーシング内の前記排気ガスを前記貫通孔にガイドするガイド部材と、
前記パイプの上流側端部から前記パイプ内に還元剤を噴射する噴射装置と、を有し、
前記ガイド部材は、前記パイプ内に旋回流を発生させるように前記パイプの接線方向から排気ガスを前記貫通孔に案内する旋回用ガイド部材と、前記ケーシングの軸線方向において前記還元剤の噴射領域の上流側を覆う防御用ガイド部材と、を備えることを特徴とする排気浄化装置。 - 前記貫通孔は、対向する位置に二箇所形成されており、
前記旋回用ガイド部材は、前記パイプ内に同じ方向の旋回流を発生させるように排気ガスを前記各貫通孔に案内することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気浄化装置。 - 前記貫通孔は、前記噴射装置から噴射される前記還元剤の噴射領域と前記パイプの内壁面とが合わさる位置よりも上流側に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の排気浄化装置。
